I asked Chris to check my roof as it is 50 years old and have had minor repairs done every year for the last few years. He was very thorough and took some photos. He said the roof and tiles are still in good condition (apart from a couple of tiles with hairline cracks) and advised me not to go to the expense of a new roof as it should be fine for a few years yet. New edge trim to flat roof and replaced old lead on another part. Also found several defective tiles on my main roof (photos provided for all), which were replaced very quickly. Very happy with the work done.
