We employ local highly skilled craftsmen and endeavor to source all of the materials from local suppliers, commitment to these old fashion beliefs and principles has seen the company go from strength to strength over many years with lots of satisfied customers.

Steps to back door removed & replaced running in a different direction. Steps to front door removed & replaced with ramp, running in different direction with custom-made new hand-rail. Sites of old steps converted to hard standing.

We needed a whole range of work done in our Edinburgh tenement flat. Structural wall changes including rsj support and new walls, two new bathrooms (including tiling) and a new floor. Right from the first site visit, Jan and Patryk were reliable, courteous, thoughtful and hard working.
Work started Feb 2023 and they were straight into it, arriving promptly at the time they had stated and working hard throughout the day. They managed to keep the unavoidably messy work in relative order and kept things clean in communal areas.
They worked easily with other trades (electricians and plasterers) and communicated well.
Every element of the work has been done to a high standard and the attention to small details is brilliant.
They listened to comments from us while on site and made changes where necessary, sometimes working overtime when jobs demanded. A lot of our designs were ‘non-standard’ and they did a great job of accommodating these within a century-old property.
On site, Jan and Patryk were a pleasure to be around. Always polite and good-spirited. They worked on our job over the course of about 12 weeks and we genuinely were always happy to have them over (something you can’t always say for trades!)
Overall, highly recommend. For the level of service and quality of finish it is worth the money.

Jan recently completed a full extension, loft conversion including dormer and also full refresh of the existing bungalow.
They were always extremely efficient and worked to a high standard. The team were always on time, very courteous to neighbours and very tidy. Our neighbours always commented about how good they were. If there was ever challenges with turning drawings into reality or quoted items missed they were also very fair.
I’ve already recommended them to other people and would gladly continue to recommend them to others.

We had pointing done and repairs to a wall. The work was very thorough. The old cement was carefully removed and filled up very neatly. It was a pleasure to have the workman around - he was very pleasant and obliging and worked very patiently and carefully. He did a little extra when asked.

I had some work done on my extension. Guys where great friendly ,always on time , answer all emails quickly and tidy up after themselves and most importantly all work was did to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

They have always carried out what was required to a high standard and can turn their hand to numerous trades. They were willing to work long hours and weekends when there was a tight deadline. Really good company who delivered on time, despite factors beyond our control. I was impressed with the quality of work, the ability to find creative solutions and I am delighted with the final result. All those working for Jan really knew their jobs and were also very nice and cooperative when discussing matters with us and our neighbours. I have employed building firms previously, and this company is excellent by comparison. I would certainly use them again, and recommend them to friends.

We had our kitchen ceiling replaced and walls skimmed and painted. Also had bath panel fitted and some odd jobs. Patryk and his dad were friendly, courteous, neat and punctual. Very happy with their work and will definitely use them again. Happy to recommend them to anyone
