I have used Jackson Hart for a number of plumbing and heating jobs over the years. They are reliable and professional and always do a thorough job for a fair price. Would recommend.

New bathroom fitted. Very impressed with both work done and workmen who were a lovely bunch of lads who were very pleasant and polite. They turned up when they said and worked continuously. Very pleased with my new shower vanity unit lighting and flooring. The old bath and fittings were taken away and cleared up. Recommend them very highly.

We had our shower enclosure replaced very promptly after contacting the firm. The two chaps who did the work, John and Connor, were model workmen. They arrived on time, worked hard and cleared up very well at the end . We were impressed and would certainly recommend Jackson Hart.

The first visit was for the replacement of a kitchen tap, which was carried out efficiently and with care. The second visit was for a service of our gas boiler, and once again the work was done with attention to detail and with explanations of what was being done.

In both cases, I was very happy with the quality of the work and the pleasant courtesy of the contractors. They arrived on the day agreed and at the time agreed, which was very refreshing.

Complete refit bathroom - ceiling, floor, walls, walk in shower, cupboards, sink, electrics and plumbing + refitting toilet, shower and towel rail. They were on time, tidy, helpful and came up with excellent solutions to compensate for old fittings and ancient plumbing.

From initial contact to completion this was stress free. Support from design through to the inevitable late changes requested. Work all completed on time and workers all polite and cleaned up after them.

Jackson Hart took out a faulty shower tray and cubicle and installed a new one in its place. I was delighted with the work, the level of reliability and the clearing up of debris afterwards. Jackson did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. And polite and friendly with it. What else could you want?

Had difficulty sourcing a plumber/drainage contractor to assist with unblocking a kitchen sink. Contacted Jackson Hart (based on positive online TT feedback), and they responded immediately, had same day availability for a call-out, and completed the work promptly for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Renewal of shower-room, including building work to raise ceiling height and install new stud wall to enclosure shower, re-siting of ventilation fan.

Jackson and his team had a helpful approach to the project and were able to assist with choosing new shower, basin, WC etc. Time taken to complete the job was discussed and when it became clear the work would take longer than first anticipated, the installation team were able provide us a temporary solution and work around our requirements. High standard of work and I'm delighted with results - no problem recommending.

We wanted to have the bath taken out and replaced by a shower; the position of the toilet changed, no requirement to clean grout and also a lit mirror. We cannot recommend Jackson Hart’s joiners, plumbers and electricians too highly.
In contrast to others, they came when they said they would, worked expertly, liaised well as a team, tidied up efficiently and produced , we think anyway, a bathroom with the “wow” factor!

Bathroom refitted replacing bath with shower tray. Multi panels fitted, ceiling lowered to accommodate panels & lights. Plumber, joiner and electrician all worked very well together. I was happy leaving them in the house to get on with it. Finished a day earlier than planned and everything was cleaned up on completion.

This was my second complete bathroom renovation from Jackson Hart. As with the first time, the team did a fantastic job. They were prompt with getting me a quote and then getting this booked. Their team showed up on time every day, worked solidly, and were a pleasure to deal with. Every day they left the bathroom tidy (despite it being a work in progress). Delighted with the result as it's exactly what I was looking for. I've had no hesitation in recommending them to others.

New gas boiler installed. Very accommodating and respectful and fitted in with times to suit me which is very important as I am disabled and find any disruption very difficult.

We had a leak affecting the flat below and asked Jackson Hart to investigate. John came round and was very helpful, he removed some panelling in the kitchen and identified the source. We then needed to remove more panelling ourselves to get it fixed, but when we did that it seemed to make the leak worse - in a panic we phoned and John fitted us in the next day and fixed it. We are very grateful for their caring response and would recommend them very highly.

Very pleased with my bathroom refit from Jackon Hart. They were prompt in coming out to check out the bathroom, and then to give a quote. The showroom was also a great way to see what it would look like. Then, once scheduled, we quickly got a date booked in. The team arrived on time and left my place in a good state at the end of every day. A massive transformation, and consistent care plus attention to detail from the team.

New shower mixer and riser fitted. Fantastic quality work and communication through out. Use them also annually for boiler maint. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Jackson Hart were recommended by a stranger years ago. Since then they have done a variety of work for us- both big and small - hob fitting, boiler services, leaky radiator valves, shower fitting and last week a total make over for our shabby, dated bathroom. We had no hesitation in trusting JH with the job. We have a new bath, wc, vanity, walls, ceiling, floor etc. Our bathroom looks great now, its now a bright pleasant room!! All the team & allied trades are professional, punctual, friendly and work is of a high standard. They consulted/involved us at every step and work was completed dead on time. Tanya in the office is efficient, calm and above all patient (!) with helping us make the right choices for us. It is so reassuring to know that there are still genuine, professional trades people out there who take a pride in their work. Our only concern is that we don't know what we would do with out them ! We had a leak in the mains supply pipe in our communal stair. I wanted a plumber to come that day and after calling 8 companies from Trusted Trader, Jackson Hart were the only one to be able to fit it in. The plumber came a few hours later and fixed the leak quickly - can't ask for much more than that.

Having had my Vaillant boiler fitted by Jackson Hart in 2016 by John, I have been very happy with the annual service since. When I have had a couple of small problems with the boiler they have always been prompt in coming out and repairing the same day. It is always a pleasure to see John back to service the boiler.

Skilled and efficient personnel, took time to deal with unexpected problems. Have used them before for servicing and minor works and would recommend them. Good quality local firm (and they have a beagle!)

Provided me with clear explanation of work needing done, and estimates. Kept me informed before work started about supplies, start dates etc. Tradesmen arrived on time and worked well. Discussed any problems which arose during work. Always polite, and tidied up at the end of every day, and when work was completed. The secretary, Tanya, also worked hard to keep me informed. Excellent firm. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I had a new boiler supplied and fitted by Jackson Hart and his team having used them previously for other small household plumbing jobs. Throughout the process everyone involved was professional, efficient and considerate. Their time-keeping was prompt, all their work was clean and tidy and I was kept informed about how the job was progressing.

Installation of new Bathroom Suite with wall and ceiling panels. The work was done to a very high standard with no delays or difficulties. No mess or fuss with every thing fully explained. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We had an old bathroom sink replaced and splashback added by joiner. The plumber came on time, wore a mask, and completed the work efficiently and quickly. Extra work (sealant elsewhere) was no problem to the firm; I would give them extra points for sourcing a particular splashback, and for the boss coming himself to check on what was a fairly small job. Very satisfied.

I have used Jackson a number of times over the years for boiler repair, and bathroom refurbishments, and this was for removal of old boiler and water tank & fitting of a new combi. As ever, Jackson and team were very helpful, commercial and got things done with the minimum of fuss to a high quality, with a good dry sense of humour to-boot!

I had a dripping tap and had been advised by a different plumber that I needed to change the tap (rather than the ceramic cartridge) since I didn't know the exact make and model of the old tap. I had purchased a tap from B&Q but on getting home I saw that the customer reviews for that particular tap were very poor. Jackson Hart confirmed that the tap I had purchased would not be suitable for regular use and they recommended some better quality makes of tap. I got a refund from B&Q and purchased a different tap instead. The Jackson Hart plumber came when he said he would (even though parking can be difficult on my street) and did an excellent job even though my flat is very old. He had to fit isolation valves since the copper pipes connected straight to the base of the old tap. He cleared up nicely afterwards and was professional in wearing his face mask all the time, so I felt safe. Jackson Hart invoiced me the same amount as they had quoted me so that was all fine. Although you can find cheaper call out rates out there, I felt comfortable with this trader and they did a good quality job.

We had a new water tank installed by them at the start of the month. The work they initially did, we could not fault. Quick and friendly service.
However, 12 days later we found it was leaking from a valve. We obviously were very alarmed. Because it happened on a Saturday, their office was closed. They hadn’t provided an emergency contact number, so we were very worried that it would keep leaking through til Monday. It was a struggle to get hold of them, but once we did they were out within the hour and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.
We would use them again, but found them quite hard to contact when we needed them.

Professional, friendly & efficient service from Tanya in the office and Scott who came out and resolved the low water pressure in my (tenement) flat. Great experience; I'd definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Was looking for a gas engineer when a boiler problem could not be solved by our previous plumber.
Scott arrived on time and was polite and friendly. The problem was intermittent, and wasn't causing problems when he arrived, but he was happy to return at short notice when the problem arose again, and managed to identify and solve the issue.

Boiler service. I was very impressed by health and safety. Engineer wore a mask , used hand sanitiser and even wiped down the boiler when he had finished.

I had moved into a new apartment and the ensuite bathroom needed major refurbishment to be brought into the 21st century. Jackson Hart helped me throughout the whole process, from designing what was possible given the dimensions of the space, to fitting the bathroom by their team of highly professional tradesmen. They sourced a small bathtub to fit into the space, and fitted an electric shower. The team of Scott (plumber), Kamil (tiler) and George (joiner) worked effectively and seamlessly to ensure that the work was completed on time and with minimum disruption. Tanya in the office was exceptionally helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Jackson Hart.
