From the planning to the implementation and the tweaking once installed the whole service has been exemplary. All the staff listened and understood our needs and requirements and involved us totally in the establishment of our home media system. Being completely un technical everything was explained in language we understood. We are delighted !

Hubbub were great to work with from start to finish. Our initial fears that anyone we spoke to would sound like they were talking a different language were quickly dismissed. The assessment of what we could have - that came after seeing our house and hearing what we would like to achieve - was easy to understand and fulfilled all our goals, including a couple of useful refinements along the way. Once we had accepted the (very reasonable) costs it was a speedy and painless process to implement our chosen media plan, which included house-wide broadband, multiple data points for work and Apple TV, phone lines, a central hub for the Virgin boxes and data center and several other features. It was even more impressive as they worked around and with a team of up to 12 people that were carrying out other jobs on the house at the same time.
Now that we're in our newly decorated and extended house, we're very happy with what we ordered from Hubbub. It all works as described and without fault and we are already planning another call to look for more options, well aware that the solution that was given to us will allow us to scale very easily.

John and his team at Hubbub provided us with a fantastic service. They updated our home, at no disruption to ourselves which was not easy as we were going through a big renovation at the time. Hubbub were always contactable and helpful and we felt completely at ease leaving them in our home. I feel very happy recommending them.

John and the team were great to work with. They quickly understood what we were looking for and put together a package which met all of our needs. The team were all very approachable and helpful and caused as little disruption to the house as possible during installation. When part of the kit didn't work (manufacturer's problem) Hubbub dealt with it quickly and had a replacement by the following day.

Hubbub improved the WiFi coverage throughout our Victorian house by cabling and installing Wireless Access Points. It took less than a day and there was no mess. It has made a huge difference to home working and schooling. Would highly recommend.

We had problems with the WiFi connection in my mother’s flat which meant she was having trouble watching television and trying to keep in touch with friends and family on FaceTime. John from Hubbub came to look at the problem and then Steve came to do the work.
We were so impressed with their care and attention from start to finish. They both wore face masks and the work was carried out efficiently, quickly and with a minimum of disturbance. Steve took care to tuck the wires in as much as possible to keep them out of sight. And he tidied up after himself leaving no mess. All in all, a great experience which means my mum can now enjoy her programmes and communicate with loved ones whom she can’t see in person. Many thanks to Hubbub for a great outcome
