Several roofing repairs were done by Hallmark Roofing. It was a pleasure to work with Daryl who was very knowledgeable professional tradesman with high standards who marshalled well his team. His attitude and work values were very good. Did all work as requested, very flexible in adapting to changes and unexpected technical problems. Had some problems in getting response from the firm after estimate received and the work was not the cheapest but was nonetheless good value in my view. Would not want to employ anyone else for this type of work!

We use Hallmark for all over leadwork needs on listed buildings the reason we chose hallmark is not the price or customer services it’s the quality of works is done to very high standard.

If I could give more stars and ratings, I would. I cannot thank Daryl and Co enough for the work they did for my mother-in-law. From start to finish Daryl’s communication was faultless, he did come across some issues which were all out of his control such as materials not arriving on time and good old Scottish weather, but he kept us fully updated each step of the way. This was a big job, getting an entire new roof on a Georgian house which had not been done for a very long time. We are now the envy of the street and the finish to this work is incredible. I wanted to thank everyone who worked on this by name as they were all excellent and professional, thank you Daryl, Eddie, Nathan and Pete. I will one hundred percent be recommending you to others and would not go to anyone else now for anything to do with our roof. Thanks again.

Daryl was very helpful from start to finish.
Although they were very busy, I was happy to wait as I was referred by a friend who assured me that Hallmark are fair, honest and well priced.

Daryl and his team did the lead work on new windows and around cast iron pipes when the roof was replaced. Three people worked solidly all day and their attention to detail was first rate.
The tradesman who installed the windows described their work as 'immaculate'. Enough said.

Daryl has done several jobs for us, including replacing broken tiles and resealing a flat roof. Every time the work was done promptly, at a very reasonable price, and with very good communication as Daryl explained exactly what was needed and the different options.

We're really relieved to have found such a good, reliable roofer and will always use him for any future work. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Roof repairs and gutters cleaned

I have been in the building trade for over fifty years, 25 of them running my own very successful joinery manufacturing business, I first met them whilst doing a job for a friend and was very impressed with the quality of their work.
They very kindly agreed to work for me whilst I was carrying out a substantial roof conversion at my own house, the lead work these guys carry out and are more than capable of doing has to be seen to be appreciated. I have no problem in recommending them for any kind of roofing works you need carrying out.

Work was done to the communal roof to fix an issue with a slow leak into my bedroom. A fix was made down the side of the chimney and new slates laid. Scaffolding also had to be put up.
The service provided was absolutely first rate. 100% reliable and just got on with the job with zero fuss. Really impressed to get it all done before Xmas and appreciated getting the updates on what was happening. Great communication and very fair price. Have already recommend to others!

Complete refurbishment of traditional slate roof.

Slates taken off dressed, mortar flashing removed and replaced with lead, rotten timber replaced, weatherproof membrane put over roof, skylight replaced and slates put back.

We could not have hoped for a better relationship with Hallmark Roofing throughout the project. Excellent lines of communication and the quality of the end product exceeded our expectations.

Great communication from Daryl before the job and he came to the rescue when another tradesman let me down.
