Glenn did a couple of work in our roof. First work was to sort out the leak through the valley, they replaced it with a new lead plate. Second work was to replace the entire flat roof which had been leaking but became worse in Nov rain. Again, the work was done within a few weeks. My neighbour and I are happy with the work. Glenn is very professional and he gave a clear explanation on the roof report. He was very easy to talk to, and he sorted out roof issue. He cleaned our gutter too.

Glenn did a great job in repairing cracked and missing pointing on various areas over our roof and also cleaned moss from the whole roof and gutters, he and his team have transformed it and we are really pleased with the results. Through the whole process Glenn was great to deal with and very professional, he was very quick to come and carry out the initial inspection, and happy to schedule the works around our commitments. I had a down pipe outside cleared with rods as it had been leaking badly when shower or sink in bathroom were being used. Guttering also cleaned. Work carried out quickly and very efficiently.

Assess guttering that was leaking from joints and spilling over during rainy weather. Speedy reply to request and mutual date agreed. Looked at all guttering and downpipes, assessed work required and date for work to be done made. Replaced all nuts/sealed all joints, single piece of metal guttering needed replaced - done on same day. All downpipes rodded bit one blocked. Came back week later to dismantle and unblock this and paint new guttering to match older ones. Great communication, always on time and very courteous. Would highly recommend this business.

Glenn was recommended by a friend and repaired my roof ridge which had been leaking into my attic and also sorted an intermittent issue with my garage roof. All done with the minimum of fuss.

He was friendly and polite; gave clear recommendations and advice; worked efficiently; kept us up to date with progress and plan; and left the site clean and tidy. We are really pleased with the quality of work, which included patch repairs and the removal and covering over of an old skylight on our main roof, and a complete replacement of the roofing on an annexe.

I had a tile replaced a weed removed and sealant applied to a seam of the wall. The work was carried out quickly in a professional and courteous manner.

Fair pricing and the job get done

Full examination of tenement (8 flats) roof and gutters. Gave a date (about 1 month ahead) and kept to it. Good itemised estimate, open to negotiation and additions (e.g. Mr Tytler works with a qualified rope access specialist, so more out-of-the way issues can be dealt with, e.g. turrets, downpipes with plants in them - saves money & hassle on scaffolding/cherry-pickers).
Work carried out on the dates agreed, extremely rapidly, but all documented by photos (n.=36). Slates, gutters, roofing felt, skews and re-mortaring of chimney stonework all completed to a high standard. Invoice re-formatted on request for detail and clarity to other owners and agents.
Trust-worthy - e.g. he was given freedom to carry out work not in the estimate but emerged during works and the extras were indeed necessary for weatherproofing - charges were for time and materials, and were very reasonable.
Can't fault this company in any way.
