Chris at Fullflow came out to fix a toilet cistern for my elderly mother who was anxious about the problem. What a star he was. He was friendly and approachable explaining what needed replaced. He was prompt and kept me informed of when he would be calling. My mother and I are really happy with his work and will use him again.

Never knowing what kind of job you need can be a worry and you don’t like to waste people’s time…. Firstly, Chris replied immediately here to my emails (including a reply later evening) and was here to assess the work needed earlier than stated. From details I’d given online, he guessed what was likely the issue and came with parts in hand. Thankfully, all was straight forward and so the work was finished quickly. Honestly, what a difference it makes when as a client, you are listened to and not made to feel stupid. Chris was pleasant, helpful and should be recommended. Thank you.

The team quickly identified the best course of action for me, and set an appointment to visit and repair my kitchen tap. On the day of the repair, I was talked through the action to be taken, and the work was then completed cleanly and efficiently. Fullflow replaced a shower unit two wash basins and a bath, upgrading two bathrooms.
The work was carried out mainly by Aaron, a very meticulous and competent young man.
I would highly recommend Fullflow. They completed the job to a very high standard and sorted out a number of unforseen issues that cropped up during the work.

Chris fitted a new boiler for us and also did a partial refit on our bathroom - taking out our bath and replacing with a walk in shower. Die to personal circumstances the time line to get the work completed was tight and Chris made sure everything was completed by the deadline.
He gave great advice and the quality of his workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend.

My mother had a stroke recently and we needed the bathroom altered so that she could continue to access the shower. Fullflow provided us with a walk-in shower cabinet that allows her to use the shower daily. Although we had to wait a number of weeks for a gap in their schedule, the quality of the work they did convinced us it was worth the wait.

We had our systems boiler changed to a combi. Chris came and did a quote, and Joe came a few weeks later to do the work over two days. Joe was friendly, efficient and tidy. He even stayed later on the first day so he could get the hot water running for us for the evening. Great value for money and I would happily recommend.

We used Fullflow for various plumbing/gas jobs around our new flat, including replacing radiators, replacing the gas hob, installing a Hive thermostat and a full boiler service/gas safety certificate. We couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. We highly recommend for those who are looking for honest, quality tradespeople who are pleasant to deal with and charge a fair price. I had to get a replacement boiler for a boiler which was only 6 years old. Chris came very quickly and spoke through our options. Within a day or 2 we had a new boiler with a 10 year guarantee. The work has been done to a very high standard with no mess or disruption. I am delighted with the job and would have no problem recommending Fullflow to anyone wanting a 5 star job done.

Gas boiler was bubbling and dripping water, so phoned Fullflow in the morning. Chris came just after lunch and cleared blockage efficiently. Also found broken rubber pipe, which he repaired effectively. Also replaced broken motorised valve. End result was that heating was back in full working order only five hours after I contacted them. Excellent service, friendly and efficient workman. Recommended.

We received an appointment promptly and a helpful reminder email before the appointment. The engineer arrived at the appointment time and followed all social distancing restrictions including masks. We had a problem with a concealed cistern. Full flow plumbing came out quickly to assess the issue, were able to suggest a solution and I received a quote for a replacement part a couple of days later. On the day of the replacement, service was prompt and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again.

Chris repaired a leak in my toilet but had to return several times because of my flush which had become very temperamental and wouldn't always flush. He has now replaced my old flush with a new and very cooperative model.

I emailed the fault with my toilet, and had a quick response. They were able to come out 2 days after enquiring, which was great. Chris who did the job was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this Fullflow. Price was fair.

Phoned in afternoon about 330pm , Chris came at 6pm to advise about our hot water tap at kitchen sink not functioning properly & we decided best to get new taps ( which we went out & purchased that same evening ) . We emailed Fullflow plumbing later that evening then in morning left a voicemail at 830am . Got call back to say Chris would be there by 930am to fit the new taps ! He was actually earlier than that , job finished by 0945am ! Very happy with such excellent service . Definitely recommend.

I needed a toilet flush fixed. Despite being busy and close to Easter, they went out of their way to help us. Darryl and Aaron arrived on time and were extremely helpful and courteous. The job was completed quickly and the invoice emailed to us. The girls in the office were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Fullflow.

I had a leak and the emergency number rang me back straight away when they didn't pick up the first time I rang.
Turned up in time slot they said they would.
Leak has been fixed by replacing old fractured copper pipe with sturdy plastic part that was previously soldered to fix the leak a few days before.

We needed an emergency plumber for a bathroom repair on a Saturday afternoon. The plumber arrived very promptly and was able to fix the problem there and then. It was good value, and I’d definitely use them again.

They fixed our underfloor heating system. Responded very quickly, quoted the same day they came out to check what was needed and arrived on time. Work was carried out straight away and both the engineers and the ladies I spoke to when booking and paying for job were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely use company again and would recommend.

We had problems with our boiler which we had been told by several plumbers needed replaced and Chris worked tirelessly to find the problem which was relatively simple once diagnosed. The guys cam fitted a new boiler for me all work was done in the time scale given to me and in budget. Very clean throughout the job and kept me informed through the whole process. Girls in the office were great too from booking my initial appointment to start dates would highly recommend.

Had a problem with my boiler that Scottish power sent their lead engineers to on three occasions. Never managed to solve it. Got fed up so phoned fullflow plumbing and heating, guys attend, told me what the problem was, changed the part and I've never had a problem since. Thanks guys

Required a boiler and gas fire service, along with 3 AAVs fitting. Company was very good about initiating contact and arranging a time to visit. Quotation was e-mailed soon after, and the work was carried out at a time, convenient to me, later on. Workman was polite and tidy and worked very well. Bill was as per quotation and I will be using them again. Great service.

I asked Fullflow to replace a faulty valve on my central heating system. We agreed a time for this to happen and the job was done and everything was left clean and tidy. The invoicing is very simple and the customer service via email excellent. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.
