Fixable Ltd specialise in offering a friendly and reliable handyman service at a very competitive price. We work with home owners, landlords/tenants, and commercial properties across Edinburgh and the Lothians, delivering an extremely high standard of property maintenance without the fuss.
We have a team of handymen who specialise in maintaining properties and carrying out a wide range of maintenance jobs. Whether it's a list of odd jobs such as replacing bath seals and changing light bulbs, or larger projects such as kitchen and bathroom fitting, we have the expertise and experience to deal with it. We focus on delivering a high quality of work at a competitive price whilst ensuring an excellent level of service. It is imperative to us that the client is 100% satisfied with the work done, as well as the service provided from start to finish.

The workmen arrived on time checked the work that they were going to do and got on with the job in hand. Kept me informed during the work to make sure everything was ok. Cleaned up afterwards and left everything tidy. Will definitely be using again

Ian has again completed a number of jobs to a very high standard: putting up shelves, boxing in pipes and cables, installing Philips Hue light bulbs, mending a wooden garden gate and quite a few other jobs. They have all been beautifully and speedily done.
It is great finding someone who has such diverse skills and knowledge and is so pleasant with it. Needless to say he arrives when expected and is also happy to give advice on a variety of things needing fixing!!

We have had a number of jobs carried out by the team from Fixable at our Corstorphine property. I can honestly say that each one has been done with care and consideration to a very high professional standard. Their team are always polite and take care on the work they do leaving the site clean and tidy on completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fixable for any building, joinery or DIY needs. Attached is a photo of the Facia they did to our garage recently.

We had a mixture of decorating jobs carried out throughout our house including painting, wallpapering and plastering together with the placement of wood panelling.

Jo and Steve responded quickly to my need for assistance with an electrical problem, turned up promptly as promised and sorted the problem. The price was very reasonable - less than I expected - and the work was carried out efficiently in a friendly and courteous manner.

Brilliant from start to finish. Decorated a dining room and bedroom and a few oddjobs. Communication was always quick and helpful. Really easy to deal with. Decorators got the job done within estimated time frame and were both really friendly. High quilty and excellent finish. Everything looks great and really happy with the service provided.

Bathroom wall heater needed replaced, brrr, showers were a nightmare. I contacted three firms, one had their books full, another gave a quote, without coming out to look at the job. Paul got in touch within an hour of me contacting him, although it was a Saturday, early evening. From start to finish, with emails back and forth to arrange visits and job being done, it took about a week. Electrician arrived on time, and assured me that wiring was ok, left area clean and tidy, very pleasant. I am delighted and would use again with no hesitation. Showers are enjoyable once again.

Super from start to finish...needed something urgently, was sorted right away, date fixed and work specified. Just no hassles. Paul turned up bang on schedule, and got stuck in, all the while letting me know what he was doing and checking that it was what we needed to be done. And was polite and easygoing throughout. A terrific service - well done all.

We had a number of jobs done which we had put off for a very long time:
Remove inside framing from a window to check for issues, rubble cleared out, new framing fitted, calk and silicone applied. Bathroom ceiling had flaky material scraped off, treated with peel stop, painted with anti mould paint. Crack on bathroom eave scraped out, filled and sanded, treated with peel stop and painted. Soft-close hinges replaced on kitchen cabinet. Broken extractor vent replaced on outside wall. All carried out by Paul who was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable across trades, extremely competent and left everywhere immaculate. We hardly knew he was in our house he worked so quietly and unobtrusively. Our estimate provided clear details and costings for each job and Jo provided quick responses to emailed queries.

I had a number of smaller jobs, fixing a door, replacing sealant round inside and outside of front door, moving dishwasher slightly. These were done alongside the main job of moving one bookcase to another room, removing smaller bookcase. Then repainting the room, which was done to a high standard. Would use again
