I contacted this company for further information about new regulations for landlords regarding lead testing. They answered my call with helpful information and didn’t push their services. I subsequently asked my letting agent to organise lead testing. The agent said they were very easy to deal with. The company provided a report at a very fair price, without delay, compared to the price charged by a laboratory just to test a sample.

Ali at ELC provided an excellent service even though their workload at the time was enormous due to an impending regulation deadline. He was friendly, highly competent and professional at all times, prompt, punctual, a good communicator and offered very good value for money. I would definitely recommend ELC's services.

We use Ali and his team at Edinburgh Landlord Certificates on a regular basis, to complete safety certificates at our residential properties under management. Fantastic service from start to finish. Everything is very efficient, including setting up appointments, completing the jobs and providing the certificates.
