The experience was easy and seamless, they helped us to move all our furniture and belongings from a third-floor flat to our new house, taking good care of everything along the way. I instructed Edinburgh Ideal Removals to attend at my home to pack the contents of my kitchen so that these items could be delivered to a storage facility in Edinburgh in readiness for a kitchen refurbishment project.

Chris arrived at my home on time. He attended to the packing of all of my items in a thorough and diligent manner. He loaded these items on to his removal van and unloaded them efficiently and carefully when we arrived at the storage facility.

We used Chris and team recently for a large home removal, unfortunately we had some hold ups along the way due to our solicitor but Chris was very accommodating, nothing was a bother and he went above an beyond. Hired to move a lot of items from storage to new home at an excellent price. Very professional service, and took great care of all items, whether fragile or not. Very friendly, helpful, and positive attitude. Definitely recommend and will certainly use in the future when needed.

Chris done a great job. Only slight issue was he underestimated the goods being moved. I agreed to pay more as I don't think he fully understood what was in the attic.
I must have had one of the worst house moves possible but he done all in his powers to help.

Hopefully not using him again as this is my final resting place.
