We had our bathroom ripped out and re done, and had a great experience with dynamic.

Everything from the first visit and planning the design to the communication and fitting was brilliant, couldn’t have asked for any better, we got exactly what we asked for. Would definitely recommend Ross and the team for any work needed. 10/10

Total renovation following major flood. Replaced floors, ceilings, walls and refitted bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, new electrics, radiators, redecorating and much more. Totally professional, friendly team who are prepared to go above and beyond to provide total customer satisfaction. All calls/texts/emails answered immediately either by one of the team or Marion at the office. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Very tidy workers. Great camaraderie between the whole team which felt more like a family who were working together. The finished job is to a very high standard, surpassed my expectations and I have total trust that everything has been done properly. Would definitely use them for any work I needed done.

Insurance job after flood at my elderly vulnerable mothers home. Ridiculously poor service from other companies nominated by insurance company. Unacceptable lack of action by them, blatant lies from one company in particular & months of delays in rectifying the damage caused by the flood.
Once DPS became involved, I explained the situation & my utter dissatisfaction with the process to date. One of their staff, Marion took ownership of my circumstances & suddenly promises were made, promises were kept & the work was started & completed swiftly.
From the flood to completion of the repairs was over 10 months. Shocking time frame & most of this time was spent, as stated above, being fobbed off, lied to & pre-planned arrangements being missed by these companies without any communication, explanation or apology.
Marion, on behalf of DPS kept all appointments, followed up to ensure tradesmen attended as arranged & never once let me down. She was able to arrange for completion of all the work within a few weeks of her taking ownership of the work.
I cannot commend Marion & DPS enough for gripping & completing the work, especially after my previous experience with other unprofessional companies.

Opened up the back of our house by knocking down two internal walls. This gave us a larger open plan space for kitchen, dining and family room. Part of the design involved relocating our kitchen into a larger area and closing off our living room.

We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend Ross and the team at Dynamic Property Services. They were reliable and trustworthy and came in on budget. Any extras were agreed and priced reasonably and nothing was too much trouble. We found that they took great pride in their work and added value to the project in terms of giving advice on finishing off the kitchen area to an exceptionally high standard.

Ross and his team at Dynamic have worked with us for the last two years and have produced three amazing builds of the highest standard in central Edinburgh. His workmanship and attention to detail is second to none and the whole team are brilliant. Dynamic by name, Dynamic by nature! Ross and his team built a double story side extension, opening up the original ground floor and adding a new kitchen/snug. Upstairs we gained a master bedroom and en-suite. The house has surpassed any of our expectations, Ross was great at getting us in touch with trades that did the highest spec appliances, kitchen/worktops. My kitchen is beautiful. He also installed a tv/fire wall. It was amazing watching him and his team build it around the fire I bought. I then asked for a bespoke screen for my bedroom to hang tv on one side. Again Ross didn’t disappoint. The work we had done and the house we are left with have been life changing, it’s such a beautiful calm space for my family and myself. Ross also recommended a landscaper who did an amazing job on the back garden. We can’t wait to enjoy both this summer. Ross and his team were a pleasure to have on-site. All the guys were polite and very friendly, we can’t thank you all enough. We love our house.

Project was to create a garden entertaining building, with a kitchen, bathroom, dining and relaxing space.

Having had previous and broadly negative experiences with the building trade, we were very cautious in choosing Ross and Dynamic Property Services to undertake our project.

We needn’t have worried. From the outset, we agreed and plan and a price, however and uniquely, both the plan and the price were delivered - but so much more.

Ross takes a pride in his work unlike any other builder we have encountered. He did that special thing of under promising and always over delivering. His eye for detail is exceptional, and he is full of fun and imaginative ideas that turned a standard build info something exceptional. The finish, which is where most builders get bored and wane, was the highlight for us. It was to an incredible standard with small but important touches that made everything come to life.

From a personal perspective, Ross and his team are very trustworthy, they care about their reputation, and they let their work do the talking.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ross and DPS again and indeed many of our friends have found the same.

I recently used Dynamic Property Services to include an integrated fridge/freezer into my fitted kitchen. This involved making new cupboards from existing units.
They also laid an area to decking in my back garden along with a new fence.
Ross and his team made such a lovely job. I found them to be very polite and helpful young men.

I couldn't believe it, even just coming out of lockdown, the plumber was able to come the next day. He quickly assessed the problem, and although we needed a whole new shower fitted, this was done and dusted in a couple of hours. Throughout the process I was kept informed by the company. Will definitely call them again when in need!

After working with many different building contractors over the past 5 years, we can honestly say that Team Dynamic are the best and we hope to have a great working relationship with them long into the future.

From the first site visit and going through our refurb specification to final snagging and the handover of keys to the letting agent, excellent communication is provided throughout.

The quality of workmanship is also outstanding as attention to detail and pride in their finished product are key attributes to the company.
