Damp Doctors just finished a very large and logistically challenging commercial project on time and to a very high standard of work. All the team involved from the office staff to the technicians were overly accommodating and always went above and beyond to look out for our best interests. I can't thank you Damp Doctors enough. 100% would recommend and use again!

Remedial work to a 19th Century property with historical significance including internal and external works.

The Damp Doctors team were efficient, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Despite our job becoming much larger than initially expected due to issues with the property that only became apparent as the work evolved, the team were able to dedicate the time and effort to completing the project in a timely way. As problems arose they were always honest, discussing options for proceeding with estimations of cost/timescales etc. They've got excellent trade connections meaning that additional work could be added on easily. Overall we would recommend using Damp Doctors and would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Dale and his team did the job as planned, on-time and left the property very tidy. Communication was good during the job but also in the run up, from coming out to quote for the work to answering questions and arranging the timing.

Also great value for money, I sought two other quotes and Damp Doctors were the cheapest but this did not come at sacrifice of work quality nor communication.

We had the team in a few months ago and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish to deal with everyone from Damp Doctors. From the initial phone call to the final hoover they gave our property, they have applied due care and attention and at times even went beyond our expectations on their service. We had an excessively large damp/rot problem in our old town Edinburgh property and Damp Doctors have not only fixed the issue but restored the property to look at its original best. I can thank all of the members of staff involved. I had no hesitation writing this review as I feel it's the least I could do after all their valiant efforts!
