We had our whole roof and gutters replaced. Advanced Roofing were very professional and approachable at all stages from quote through to completion. We were particularly impressed with the company's attention to detail and excellent customer service. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

Major re-roofing of large New Town property completed within estimated time frame and budget. Liaison between the firm and the proprietors (i.e. customers) was excellent and Kevin (who provided on-site supervision) was easily accessible via text and mobile and always was prepared to be helpful when problems arose. He was flexible, friendly and intelligent and a pleasure to deal with.

We had our roof prepared for a new cupola and at the same time insulated the flat roof and under all the tiles. It was a big job but all the trades - tilers, plumbers, sarni - were amazing. The cleared up afterwards.
Scaffolding guys who advanced use were also brilliant.

It was a really big job and with Rosemary tiles .

There were problems at the beginning because we couldn’t get the tiles due to a global shortgage but all of this was communicated to us and by the time the old tiles were stripped and the new membrane and battons were installed they had arrived .
The installation was excellent .
We had a delay because we were waiting on a solar panel company to install in line solar panels but they were a complete nightmare and a no show
But thank goodness Kevin our project manager guided us through the whole process and we ended up sacking the solar panel company and we just tiled it .
The roof now looks amazing .
I’m so glad we had Kevin supervising it because he helped us with the solar panel company and I couldn’t have done this on my own .
This company is completely unrelated from advanced roofing and Kevin went over and above their own duties to help resolve things with this company .

I’m so glad we chose the Rosemary tiles and have Advanced Roofing install them . They were very professional and Kevin was there every day supervising the work and making sure everything was spot on .

Our block of flats have now used Advanced Roofing twice. On both occasions they have been incredibly helpful due to the good communication and meeting any additional requirements we have had e.g. positioning of the scaffolding and allowing us to check the work once finished. Photos always provided of completed work. Plus whenever we receive a quote this is received in a timely manner and in comparison to some other companies is a great price especially as the work is of a great standard. The office team and on site teams are both easy to communicate with.

I have had very many negative experiences with roofing companies over the years. Most tended to overcharge hugely, with poorly-documented estimates always given to the nearest £1000. The few companies that didn't take this approach tended to be small and unreliable: work would get done eventually, but it was always hard to pin them down to a date, and the quality was variable. In contrast, Advanced Roofing are a breath of fresh air in all respects: they come when they say they will; their estimates are detailed and the pricing seems well justified and not extortionate; the work is a quality job, done on time by workers who are a pleasure to deal with. I would now never consider using anyone else for roofing work.

Advanced Roofing are very professional, and everyone I came into contact with, from my initial enquiry through to the work being completed, were friendly and very efficient. The inspection process is very well done, with photos taken to enable proper discussions to take place on what issues have been identified. The team who carried out the work were superb, the job was completed on time and there was no mess to clear up. Highly recommended!

Very reliable, competent and efficient service

Advanced Roofing Edinburgh carried out a large-scale replacement of tiles on our roof, along with other repairs. From the office, to the team on the ground, the service was responsive and professional.

The team who carried out the works worked efficiently and considerately, despite a few obstacles. The works were completed ahead of schedule and we were very pleased with the outcome and finish.

The quote given was detailed, explicitly costing all of the jobs required. The service delivery has then been excellent and the work completed to a very high standard.

I thought Advanced Roofing were excellent, very helpful and polite. They were easy to talk to and get updates, which I felt was important. Note this also included the scaffolding guys.

Work was quoted for and planned well in advance of the job being carried out. Minor delay in starting but main body of work concluded on promised date. Some extras took a little longer.
Friendly and reliable team carried out the work. Quality of work was as expected. No remedial work required (yet at least:))
