AIM North Ltd are the best roofers I’ve used in over 40 years. As well as communicating well and doing a good job when they said they would, they did additional last minute work repairing a patch of damaged rendering and removing several bags of rubble and tangled wires - at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

I discovered areas of damp within my house, linked to the roof. After contacting Phil having found his details online, he (incredibly promptly!) came to have a look and assess the work that may need doing. From the moment he arrived, it was obvious he was incredibly experienced and he made a full assessment of the likely scope of works including removing courses of the roof tiles, replacing a perished membrane and solving an issue of water ingress around the window 'shoulders'. The quote AIM provided - which was incredibly reasonable and amazing value for money - arrived quickly and provided a full breakdown of the work they proposed undertaking and a solution to the water ingress around the windows. Despite the fact they were clearly busy (there were a number of days of storms and high winds which will no doubt have set them back with their volume of work), Phil and Trevor arrived to carry out the work within the timescale they had quoted, and they were able to do it without the need for scaffolding which also represented a huge saving on the work. They were prompt, efficient, incredibly tidy and organised, and a delight to have working on the property. I was kept informed about the job throughout and I am incredibly pleased with the standard of work undertaken. Now my neighbours are asking for AIM's details as I have one of the best looking rooves in the street! It's rare you find such quality tradesmen and I can highly recommend AIM.

We had a leak in our skylight. Phil came to have a look at it and arranged a date that was convenient for all. A great job and a friendly and professional guy, explained everything he was doing, showed photos of the work done at the end. Job was quicker than expected so the price ended up as being less than the original quote. It's been pouring this week and no more water coming in so the job has clearly stood up to stress testing. Would absolutely call Phil again if there was any work to be done - a complete gent. Highly recommended.

Phil was recommended by a friend and his team have done two jobs for us to date.
The first was a tricky job involved lifting shiplap boards to reinstate lead flashing (incorrectly removed by a previous roofer). Very tidy result.
The second was to restore a bedded verge on our roof, which solved a problematic leak.

AIM carried out a roof repair to a tenement block for me in Dundee. Slated repaired, repointing work, re-sealing of a skylight and clearing gutters. Even repaired a down pipe for no extra charge.

Phil helped us fix a cast iron down pipe which was split and leaking. Without needing scaffolding they repaired the down pipe with a fibre bandage system via rope access. They checked the down pipe internals with a camera. Prompt, friendly, very happy and will use again.

Re-pointed roof hips and ridge tiles. Fantastic service from start to finish. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely use again in the future when needed.
