Had 7 old roller blinds removed and white Venetian blinds installed by the Blind Guy. Delighted with them, windows are transformed.

Brilliant all round from the service at the Castlemilk shop and great advice from Jackie the sales rep to the fitter Thomas who came out to measure and Alex who fitted them Amazing service and lovely professional team who helped me move into my new flat faster with good quality blinds would highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

We ordered vertical blinds for the entire house and when they finally arrived 3 sets were not the correct size and had to be returned to the factory for alterations, and one set only had half the slats so a new order had to be submitted.
We had prepared the windows in advance of the fitting, so all curtains and old blinds were removed and disposed of in the recycling centre. The guy made no apology for the mistakes, was rude and quite abusive to my son and left us with 3 bedrooms without any window coverings for days. To protect the privacy of my son/daughter in law and my 2x 8 year old granddaughters, I cut a large tablecloth in half to provide some form of window covering.
When making the final payment I suggested some form of compensation for the John Lewis table cloth and for the inconvenience. Once again, the response was rude, verging on abusive. I was told I should have put bin-bags over my windows!!
The actual blinds are fine, not superb but fine, the customer service was shocking.......I would not recommend and would actually suggest people void as the attitude was quite disturbing.

I was recommended by a work colleague to use the blind guy ... and i was not disappointed, Thomas came out on the monday showed me lots of samples and my blind was up by Saturday morning.
