When Storm Eowyn hit in January 2025 it ripped off quite a large number of ridge tiles and some roof tiles. Other roof tiles were damaged as the rest clattered their way down to the ground. Having used Scott and his team before, and been very happy with them, I had no hesitation in making them my first port of call.

Fast to respond, quick to provide a quote and quick to do the work. Once again, an excellent and tidy job done at reasonable cost by a very pleasant team.

General roof repairs were needed after being let down by quite a few other roofers. We were delighted with the quick response to our initial enquiry. The quote was reasonable and the work was carried out in a timely manner by respectful and responsible workers.

Slightly unusual repair to a circular roof undertaken in time frame and cost that was quoted. So far no issues and hopefully a long lasting repair.

I was very pleased with the servce provided. They came to inspect my roof very promptly and took photographs so that I could see the extent of the damage.

Needed to get a new roof tiled, and rubber roofing material on an outside workshop.

Primrose roofing had been recommended to me, and asked and received a quote for the works that was within my expected budget.

The work was planned into their timetable, and started on time and completed within 8 days instead of the 10 they expected.

Had a leak at a flue collar on a slated roof. The guys came around to view the day after I contacted them and made a temporary repair before getting a quote to me a couple of days later. An excellent service overall

Scott and his team did a great job, they even declined the offer of tea/coffee, deciding to just get on with the job. They stuck to the original quote and we are very happy with the outcome and would certainly use them again.

Needed a variety of works done around the outside of the house - mainly roof, guttering and UPVC finishes. Scott arrived when he said he would to undertake a survey and provide an estimate. That's always a good start as so many companies don't call back or fail to turn up. I was aware that it was likely to be some time before work would commence due to a variety of things - all trades being very busy with backlog due to the effects Covid has had on the industry and the level of demand, and issues with supplies. Our job was done recently, all within a couple of days, the work was neat and tidy and the guys involved couldn't have been nicer. I'm very happy with what's been done and am asking for an estimate for further work.
