We had a new valley gutter installed and our roof cleaned of moss.

Everyone was very helpful, polite and hard working.

Scott and his team did a great job, they even declined the offer of tea/coffee, deciding to just get on with the job. They stuck to the original quote and we are very happy with the outcome and would certainly use them again.

Needed a variety of works done around the outside of the house - mainly roof, guttering and UPVC finishes. Scott arrived when he said he would to undertake a survey and provide an estimate. That's always a good start as so many companies don't call back or fail to turn up. I was aware that it was likely to be some time before work would commence due to a variety of things - all trades being very busy with backlog due to the effects Covid has had on the industry and the level of demand, and issues with supplies. Our job was done recently, all within a couple of days, the work was neat and tidy and the guys involved couldn't have been nicer. I'm very happy with what's been done and am asking for an estimate for further work.

Gutter repairs; replacement of rotten timber (house and garage);replacement of slates, as necessary. Removal of debris. Painting downspouts.

Emergency repairs to roof, following storm damage.

Had complete reroofing carried out by Primrose. Delighted with the finished work - they worked very quickly in the hottest week of the summer. The whole team was very professional and great to deal with and they made great effort to tidy the garden after they’d finished up.

Just bought a house with 3 flat roofs - all leaking! Scott did an emergency repair on a vent pipe on the main roof to stop the rain and came back shortly thereafter to fully repair all 3 roofs using Firestone Rubber cover - so much better than the old felt and bitumen!

Scott and his team have re-roofed our house, replaced a flat roof re-rendered walls and painted the house. Excellent quality of workmanship and sensible realistic advice - unlike many other roughing companies we have dealt with previously. Highly recommended.

After needing minor repairs to roof I requested a quote for a new roof. Scott and his team did an excellent job on the reroofing and were always available to answer any queries.

We engaged Primrose to deal with general roof maintainance consisting of moss removal and roof cleaning.

Prior to speaking with Scott, i had received a ludicrous quotation for completing the works from another company. I am happy to say that Scott came in with a down to earth and reasonable quotation for the work.

The work was completed timeously and the quality of the work was of a good standard. Visually the work has made a big difference to the roof and i am very happy with the result.

Hired Scott and the team to investigate and replace some batons that were causing tiles to lift. Scott was very straightforward and honest with his recommendations, advising what was possible. He didn't recommend more work than I'd asked for which makes me feel more comfortable - one team I invited to quote began talking about the rendering on my property and not the roof!

The work was completed within a day ,a horrible, wet and miserably cold day but Scott and the team are grafters and just got on with it. Scott checked a couple of things with me before going ahead with part of the work.
We laughed about the fact that my roof is poorly constructed but it's certainly a lot better for its repairs by Primrose!

Chimney removed, re roofed, velux window fitted. New soffit, fascias, barge board and guttering. Arrived promptly every morning and worked through some really poor weather. Really happy with the work.

Just had a flat garage roof and house fascia, guttering and verging all replaced during a terrible period of weather. Scott and team were here at first light each day and worked through it all and left the site clean and tidy at the end of every day. They did a good job and I do recommend them.
