Impact Glasgow

Martyn and his team (Jason and Alexander) have carried out a variety of work for me over the summer months. The works done include installing an inspection hatch in a laminated floor, removing an old wooden conservatory, installing a new door, re-roughcasting a wall, improving the drainage in my garden, fixing a leak under the bathroom floor, converting the bathroom to a wet room, replacing all underfloor pipework (central heating, hot and cold and drains), some plasterwork, some electrical work and an adjustment to the alarm. The men were pleasant, easy to deal with and explained everything before carrying out the work.

Loved dealing with Martyn and the team. Professional and prompt. Experienced with a friendly reliable team of workers. Good job and happy to recommend. Price was within our budget and follow up calls and visits appreciated.

Martyn and his team were fantastic!! Impact project managed with the initial water ingress. They provided great communication, all trades, kept us fully up to date with all renovation of the kitchen installation and adjacent rooms effected. Jason and Alex were especially helpful, friendly and lovely to have around. Highly recommend.

Martyn and the team have been excellent to work with. We got in touch with Impact as we were aware of the high standard of work completed in the area. Our roof was letting in water and the team were out incredibly quickly to set out a plan and fix the issue. We also have further work planned commencing shortly to come to a full term resolution. The service and work carried out has been terrific and would highly recommend.

Quick response to a leaking toilet, and explained the issues clearly and transparently. Turned out more work was required but we were pleased with how we were dealt with, and bathroom was left very clean and tidy despite the works. Great communication for what is an awkward job - would definitely recommend.

Large project that became significantly more than initially anticipated. Site team were considerate and tidy, and did their best to accommodate our needs despite us having to move out of the property to allow works to continue. The team did their best to come up with cost effective solutions to problems as they arose. Overall the final finish was what we were looking for.

We had originally contacted Impact about a quote for renovating our tenement bathroom, before a quick turnaround on selling the flat meant we were unable to go ahead with the proposed work. So a year later when we had a need to remove an awkward old fireplace fitted in our new flat we reached out to Martyn and the team again. They were great to deal with, above board with the estimated costs and scope of the job, and went out of their way to try and accommodate a quick start to the work in an effort to have it finished for us before Christmas. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible in the end, but they were back first thing after the break to finalise the last steps and we’re delighted with the eventual result. Even a week after completion when we’d decorated the room and found a snagging issue that had been missed, Jason came out the next morning to resolve it for us. They were always communicative and professional to deal with, and happy to add or amend proposed elements to the work whenever we wanted to query something. Definitely highly recommended for any kind of renovation work.

I needed to replace a broken electric shower. Impact were were easy to contact, clear on the cost, Jen was proactive and responsive on the phone to arrange, and I was able to arrange an emergency plumber at short notice. Their communication was efficient and professional. Alex turned up on time, cleaned up, and was very pleasant, even when the buildings' plumbings threw him a few issues. I would definitely recommend and use Impact again. Thanks

A leak in our bathroom prompted contact with Impact. Impact attended quickly to provide a temporary repair and provided me with options for a permanent repair. All of the staff have been incredible and willing to answer any and all questions I had during the process and kept me informed of what was going on each step of the way. Definitely would be using again and would recommend

I had a leak in one of my bathrooms which was spreading under the flooring. I looked online for a local company and came across Impact Glasgow who's head office is not far from my house. They sent a plumber out who not only found the issue quickly and resolved, he found what would have been a second (and worse) issue down the line and rectified that too. The job was done quickly and professionally and I will have no hesitation on using Impact again in the future.

Had ceiling lowered and flooring fitted and Impact did a great job. All tradesmen worked well. Was given a project manager who oversaw all work and was also kept up to date with progress by daily email.

Impact Glasgow did a great job replacing the sink and leaking pipes in our bathroom. They were very helpful and the end result is perfect.

I had what became a back to brick refurbishment on my 1890 tenement bathroom. I had known the floor wasn't level before we started but the state of the walls only became apparent when the tiling and plaster were removed.

As the works were more involved than expected, the timeframe also extended and in the end the work took 7 weeks. While this was quite disruptive, I appreciated that the chaps started my job as early as they could and therefore they were fitting in my project alongside others - all in all the works were finished before I had originally hoped for when searching out quotes.

Martyn and the team were quick to respond when I had queries or concerns. They made sure I had continued and safe access to my toilet throughout. After the works were completed, there were a couple of tiny snagging issues. These were addressed very quickly.

It's a pleasure to enjoy my new bathroom, which comprises bath with mixer shower and screen, toilet and pedestal sink, finished in slate-effect tiles, white wall paint and Scandi-wood effect LVT tiles.

Impact came and sourced a leak in our bathroom which had caused extensive damage we couldn't see.
They quickly located and stopped the leak and made the area safe (replacing damaged floor boards etc)
We chose Impact to carry out the further repairs needed and to upgrade other aspects of the bathroom in the process.
They were extremely communicative throughout the process. Jen in the office provided us with a progress report every day and was always at the end of the line if we had questions.
The whole team were really friendly and respectful, always leaving the place tidy and organised at the end of every day. They carried out all the work to a very high standard and communicated with us every step of the way.
Impact were able to sort all tradesmen required from plumbers to plasterers meaning we didn't need to worry about dealing with any other parties.
Impact are not one of the lower budget companies out there but assure long term value in the quality of the work. They have been really helpful with any teething issues to make sure we are completely happy with the work. Will definitely use them again

Impact Glasgow were recommended by a friend when we recently experienced a leak on our flat roof. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly, and Impact undertook a roof inspection and got a temporary fix in place speedily. They have since replaced some of the slates above our flat roof, along with replacing damaged flashing, siliconing around the window, and also realigning our gutter.I was highly impressed by my experience overall: the work was completed to my satisfaction, the team were professional and polite, and I was very happy with their workmanship.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Impact Glasgow or in using them again in the future.
