I called out Chris on as an emergency on 18/04/24 as I had a blocked outside drain and was worried about being flooded, myself and my neighbour could not use our bathroom facilities until repair was done.

Chris was very pleasant on the phone, despite being busy managed to respond very quickly and was at my house within an hour or so. Very professional, no messing about and blockage cleared within about half an hour. Chris showed me where blockage was on the camera and explained what he had done to clear it etc.

Very satisfied with service, price was very reasonable. I had the same drainage problem three years before and paid a much higher price with a different company. Chris provided a written receipt detailing what the fault was and the work carried out.

Would highly recommend to family and friends.

We had a blocked sewage pipe in the garden, which was causing flooding back into the subfloor. Scottish water came and used a camera to show the blockage was on our property, but advised the drain had probably collapsed and we should go through insurance. I tried calling a number of other drainage companies to help but no one seemed interested.

I called Chris and he arranged to come out the next morning. He arrived right on time and was very polite and considerate when entering the property. Chris is clearly very experienced in what he does and used all his knowledge and tools to determine we had thick roots, but the drain was not collapsed.

Despite poor access to the blocked pipe, he managed to cut away the roots and used his camera to show us the results. No more blockage and clear drainage off the property!

An insurance claim would not have been valid as the pipes were in good condition, so Chris saved me hours of hassle and potentially hundreds of pounds from unneeded excavation.

Chris was very friendly, knowledge, and left no stone unturned. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Problem explained. Chris and his colleague got the camera out, found the blockage and then cleared the blockage by jetting.
Problem solved within 15mins of jetting.
Dye run put down blocked drain to prove running clear to main drain. Camera put in and line proved clear from clear drain through to blocked drain.

Chris came on time. The problem was a recurring blocked drain which two previous plumbers had failed to do anything other than solve temporally. Chris was determined to find the source of the problem and managed to do so with an impressive array of ‘gadgets’ from his van. A proper professional who clearly doesn’t like being beaten, his number is in my contacts and I won’t be using anyone else in future.

I had a recurrent smell of sewer gas within my home, which mainly occurred following heavy rain. I phoned Chris on Friday and he attended yesterday Monday 13th June. He came at the time arranged and identified the inspection hatch for the sewer as he suspected a blockage. He was right about that and diagnosed tree roots as the cause and dealt with it, using equipment which did not involve any invasive work. CCTV etc.
The whole operation took about a little over an hour. I was very relieved to have this very unpleasant problem solved in such a professional and efficient manner. I felt the charge for this work was reasonable.
