Eddie did a great job and dealt with problems that , being underground, we didn’t know we had. Eddie provides an extensive photographic history of what he does and problems encountered. it was a very professional job and I would be happy to recommend Eddie to anyone who has drain problems.

We have had drain issues and Eddie has been quick to come out. He was able to advise us on the scope of the works needed and worked around timings in order to get the job done. Much appreciated and a very reliable company!

Had numerous drainage problems and Eddie was excellent in finding the fault and explaining what needed to be done. We have a typical 1930s bungalow with existing drainage in which sections had collapsed. Eddie and his team dug up and replaced the faulty sections. Very professional service and can tell has huge amounts of experience. Turned up exactly when said and left everything tidy and in good working order, would not hesitate to recommend.

Investigation of flooding in basement of church . Complicated elderly drains investigated and blocked and collapsed drain found externally on river bank . Drain replaced in difficult and rather dangerous location .

Arrived an hour after I called. Jetted the drain followed by a camera survey to confirm what the issue was. Followed up with report.

We had a blocked waste drain pipe and despite the best efforts of our local plumber nothing would fix it. I called Direct Drain Clear and they came out very quickly and identified the problem and had it sorted in no time at all, very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced and gave me some good advice. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will be contacting them again if I have any further problems.
