We had a new boiler and radiators installed by Derek. Derek was friendly and most efficient and proactive in his approach to work. The job was completed to a high standard, quickly and professionally. Excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to use DW Plumbing and Heating again for further works or recommend to a friend.

Derek came to investigate / fix a faulty WC cistern. He advised the cost of rectifying the various faults may well be more than the cost of replacing the entire unit. I chose to go for a complete replacement. Two days later he removed the faulty unit and installed a new one. No hassles, the job was done very professionally in a couple of hours or so.

Del has fitted a New Baxi Boiler and fitted a New electric Shower.
We are very happy with Del's work and honestly (will not do work or charge for uneccessary work)

New Boiler was installed. Derek replaced my boiler quickly and professionally, he is very knowledgeable about the product which gives you confidence. Derek also helped me download heating app on my phone, which allows me to control my heating where ever I am. I would and have recommended Derek to family and friends.

I have known Derek for 15 years and whenever I asked for assistance he has never let me down. This last visit was due to central heating boiler malfunction. Derek was away from home but he kept in contact and repaired my boiler today having just got home. He fixed it in no time at all and as always was chatty and friendly. new mixer tap. I cannot recommend Derek highly enough he came at around 18.00 in the evening to asess the job arrived next morning 11.00 with new tap and did a first class job more than satisfied with the work happy customer.

Derek previously replaced a boiler for me and I was impressed with his workmanship, knowledge and professionalism. Once again I had an urgent replacement needed , my shower this time. Derek came today to confirm what he thought the problem was, he came back 3 hours later, wasn't expecting that ! It was a bit tricky, Derek preserved and got the job done, he actually did this as a favour at the end of his working day ! DW has serviced my gas central heating boiler for many years. He is very efficient, courteous and reliable and suffice to say I can’t remember the last time I had a problem with my heating. In addition earlier this year during extensive bathroom renovations the workmen noticed a faint gas smell while under the floor. Derek attended at short notice, identified and fixed the problem within a few hours. First class service and I should add the problem was nothing to do with any of his work.
