Derek came out at short notice to fix my blocked toilet. Derek was very professional and fixed the toilet quickly. I will definitely contact Derek next time I need a plumber and will recommend him to family and friends.

Derek came out at very short notice to fix leaks left by a rogue tradesman. High standard of workmanship carried out promptly at at very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using Derek again next time I need a plumber. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

We initially called Derek to try and repair our 16 year old combi boiler after being advised by an engineer from existing boiler maintenance plan that the fault was not covered. We chose him initially purely as a local business. Although Derek was able to carry out a temporary fix, we decided to ask him to provide a quote for the removal of the old floor standing Worcester Bosch and installation of a new wall mounted Baxi boiler with wireless (Hive) controls. We were very happy with the quote and work went ahead quickly. Derek and his mate carried out both the removal and installation with minimal disruption and mess. He set up our warranty with Baxi and demonstrated the new control system.
Derek was professional but friendly and helpful throughout the job and we would definitely use him again for any other plumbing work.

Great service and good price for replacement taps .

Derek fixed a leaking waste down pipe and several leaking radiators. He got the job done very quickly and efficiently despite the waste pipe being hard to access in a tight space. What impressed me most and I am extremely grateful for is that he came back out again very quickly the same day when I realised the pipe had become disconnected at a different point under the floor. He sorted this very quickly too, again despite it being tricky to access. Derek' a lovely guy, very friendly and I would happily recommend him. I thought his pricing was fair and good value.

DW plumbing and heating provides an excellent service. We have used this company for years and have had a boiler installed in our main house and also several other boilers installed in various other properties that we own. Derek has also done numerous other jobs for us including fitting radiators , showers etc. Derek is prepared to take on any job, small or large. Derek is reliable , very competent and completely trustworthy. If the matter urgent, Derek will prioritise the job and get to it the same day ( or evening!). He is an all round great plumber and is excellent at what he does. He provides an invaluable service and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had a new boiler and radiators installed by Derek. Derek was friendly and most efficient and proactive in his approach to work. Derek came to investigate / fix a faulty WC cistern. He advised the cost of rectifying the various faults may well be more than the cost of replacing the entire unit. I chose to go for a complete replacement. Two days later he removed the faulty unit and installed a new one. No hassles, the job was done very professionally in a couple of hours or so.

New Boiler was installed. Derek replaced my boiler quickly and professionally, he is very knowledgeable about the product which gives you confidence. Derek also helped me download heating app on my phone, which allows me to control my heating where ever I am. I would and have recommended Derek to family and friends.

I have known Derek for 15 years and whenever I asked for assistance he has never let me down. This last visit was due to central heating boiler malfunction. Derek was away from home but he kept in contact and repaired my boiler today having just got home. He fixed it in no time at all and as always was chatty and friendly. Tried to confuse me with the technical stuff but that's only because he wants me to know what he's doing. I trust him and I know he'll always do his best.

new mixer tap. I cannot recommend Derek highly enough he came at around 18.00 in the evening to asess the job arrived next morning 11.00 with new tap and did a first class job more than satisfied with the work happy customer.

Derek previously replaced a boiler for me and I was impressed with his workmanship, knowledge and professionalism. Once again I had an urgent replacement needed , my shower this time. Derek came today to confirm what he thought the problem was, he came back 3 hours later, wasn't expecting that ! It was a bit tricky, Derek preserved and got the job done, he actually did this as a favour at the end of his working day ! DW has serviced my gas central heating boiler for many years. He is very efficient, courteous and reliable and suffice to say I can’t remember the last time I had a problem with my heating. In addition earlier this year during extensive bathroom renovations the workmen noticed a faint gas smell while under the floor. Derek attended at short notice, identified and fixed the problem within a few hours. First class service and I should add the problem was nothing to do with any of his work.
