Supplying and fitting Venetian blinds. Salesman very polite, answered all questions I had and gave us an acceptable quote. Two weeks later the blinds were fitted again very efficient workman, and fitting took a very short time with no mess or problems.

Forth Blinds Ltd were very efficient. The samples provided allowed us to choose blinds to suit. Blinds were delivered on time. I needed a replacement for a weight for a blind. Sent a replacement with no bother.

Phil and his team provide a customer service you rarely find these days; and certainly not from the National organisations.
I would unreservedly recommend Forth Blinds.

We had to wait long for the installation (about a month) however we required to cover the "whole house": bedrooms, lounge, bathrooms, toilet, patio door etc. Phil quickly provided temporary blinds (free of charge). A costumer-orientated company, absolutely recommended.

Quick and efficient

Had blinds put into all windiws and also back sliding doors. Excellent intial visit with clear advice and suggestions. Did not feel pressured at all.
Jack then visited to install. Arrived when they said he would and was very polite, friendly and professional.

Blinds were made and fitted. Such a friendly, cheerful team of people, from reception to surveyor to fitter. And when we had a query the issue was dealt with promptly and professionally.

Phil came out and explained everything in detail to me, it took only 2 weeks for blinds to come and Jack came to fit them and explained about the blinds giving tips to do and to rectify if blinds stuck. Jack even advised myself on what product to help keeping the curtains up with the blinds.

New venetian blinds in 5rooms, Jack had them fitted within 30mins, excellent workmanship (he's gonna get teased at work). Heard from family that they were good honest and reliable, so gave them a call the rep was out within a couple of days, measured everything to perfection was told 2/3wks that was fine but they arrived within a fortnight. They are very good with there pricing and keeping you up to date.

Bathroom blind measured and fitted. Very professional and friendly service, everyone I spoke to was happy to answer all questions, prompt and efficient.

We had kitchen blinds fitted over bi-fold door. I was trying to match a particular colour and Jamie was so patient.
I absolutely love the blinds. They look really great and the fitters did a fantastic job, very neat work.

The Surveyor from Forth Blind was superb, sourcing suitable blinds, measuring, etc. provided superb customer service (communication throughout first class) also person-centred service. The fitting of the blinds carried out by experienced, qualified, (working to precise and exacting standards)by Installer. Both the Surveyor and Installer keen to provide first class service, meeting customers high standards, also ensuring the blinds served the purpose i.e. keeping out excessive light, especially in Bedroom during night.

One of my (old) Velux blinds broke and I didn't want to replace one blind (out of 5).. Jamie came to my home twice, to help fit replacements for broken parts. I didn't actually buy anything from Forth Blinds but they still helped out - gratis.

Forth Blinds repaired a blind I had cut blind and put a new cord and sockets/brackets on it. They did not charge me for this. I found this company very reliable and most helpful. Will be using this company again, excellent service.

We asked Phil for a larger longer vertical blind, he was able to supply and his team installed it in double quick time.

Forth Blinds were very accommodating to our needs, we required black out blinds for our office. Phil came out to measure and was very pleasant and friendly, blinds were perfect when they arrived. Would recommend!

Forth Blinds were the only company with reasonable lead times when I contacted them, a couple of weeks before moving to a new build. We had part-exchanged so didn’t have enough time to get blinds fitted first. Other companies were telling us we would wait weeks/months to come out and just measure our blinds. Forth had someone out the Monday after we moved in, which was less than a week after I reached out, so quick! We were given temporary blinds by Scott (who measured our blinds). He was friendly and knew the products well. He recommended what would work for us and we were able to choose from a colour/style book. We went for white (boring!) but there are so many choices!

We were told the lead time between this visit and installation would be about four weeks. It ended up being five and a half, or thereabouts, which was fine. Communication was OK, but a call to inform us of the delay, rather than us having to chase would have been a nice extra touch. I guess, on balance, this is a minor thing and the delay itself didn’t bother us because we knew the Coronavirus pandemic had affected this sector, as well as everyone else!

Installation was done by Jack who helped me remove the temporary blinds and gave me advice about how to recycle them. The visit itself, for six blinds/sets of blinds (or thereabouts) was only an hour and a half, or so. Friendly, on time and very efficient.

Overall, this is a brilliant company and one I have already recommend to a friend. Using them in the current climate has been a refreshing experience. Professional, competent and pragmatic - all at once. Thank you!!

He would not be beaten with the repair and after a few times of taking it apart and new spring got it working perfectly.

Needed new plastic chains for conservatory vertical blinds which were supplied free of charge with no quibble and advised if any other issues to get back in touch. This was exactly the case as we miscalculated exactly what length was required and additional chains supplied - no problem!

Just had my 5th perfect fit blind fitted, not the cheapest blinds but the hassle of not having to move them out of the way to open windows and/or cleaning them along with the overall look means I have no regrets. First one was fitted 4 years ago and still looks and works (roller perfect fit) as it did when first fitted, even with daily use. Friendly staff who weren't pushy on each visit means I would recommend and use them again.

Phil arranged a repair to one of my blinds and Jamie completed the repair at home. Delighted with the work Jamie done on the blind. I highly recommend Forth Blinds for the purchase and any necessary repairs to their blinds.

I was looking for parts and the lady, Sharon, could not have been more helpful.

The female assistant was excellent, she gave me three brackets to try for my blind and advised me to bring them back if not suitable, which I did. She then gave me another two brackets, which fitted perfectly, with no charge.

Forth Blinds fitted 4 venetians and a roller blind to a log cabin. Due to issues with a previous installer, these guys stepped in, showed up when they said they would and did a smashing job within my budget. All 3 people I've met who work there were friendly, professional and have surpassed my expectations. My only regret is not knowing they were trading 12 months earlier for a much larger job.

I had 2 roof window blackout blinds replaced. The person who came to measure was very efficient and I had every confidence in him. A couple of weeks and the blinds were fitted and old ones taken away. The fitter took time to explain about the blinds and had a good knowledge of every aspect of the job. Very satisfied and would call on Forth Blinds again. Very professional and delighted with the service and quality of the blinds.

I had a selection of blinds fitted in October 2018 and decided to place an order for another Venetian and Roman blind. From requesting an appointment for measurements to having the blinds fitted, the service truly was first class. Forth blinds came to my rescue!
Our blinds were from Hillary’s, we took them down to have work done. Unfortunately the brackets got lost, we tried Hillary’s but they don’t provide replacement brackets. Contacted Sharon from Forthblinds and she was AMAZING.
Took the blinds to her she measured for the brackets and ordered them. Couple of days later she phoned and they had arrived. £20.00 was the cost...BRILLIANT!!!
Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend Forthblinds.

Excellent service from start to finish. As I have non-standard windows I needed a company to come and measure them. I was shown an excellent selection of materials and types of blinds and ended with beautiful dark wooden Venetian, blue metallic venetian and damask roller. The fitter achieved miracles given the irregular old frames and the finished job transformed my rooms. I would certainly recommend Forth Blinds
