I have been a customer of David Gordon for a few years now.

I recently had David and his team Renew my underlay and livingroom carpet.

David was quick to come out, measure up and show me what options were available to me.

The materials provided are of high quality and I love it.

David and his team provide a great service.
The team friendly, efficient and leave no mess behind.

A first class service I will be sure to use again.

David and his team fitted our new stair carpet today and we could not be more pleased with the job they did. They were on time, good communication before and after. The team worked hard and cleaned up after themselves (hoovered up and even took away the rubbish). There was a particularly tricky part of the fit caused by us removing tiles from the bottom step (we hadn't told David about this when he quoted) . David worked on until he was happy with it and no additional charge. We are grateful for his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend and we will use the team again.

Flooring was replaced in my mother’s hallway. I was concerned the carpet she had was a safety hazard and David responded very quickly to my request which was great. The job was done at a time to suit both and it flooring looks great. Thank you.

The work was done to a very standard and they took all the old carpet away.

David brought samples to the house and gave a cometitive quote quickly.

Carpet recut/refitted following installation of a fitted wardrobe and a new doorway strip fitted.The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the room left in tidy condition.Good communication and the job was completed on the day/time agreed.Would recommend and use again.

Vinyl fitted in bathroom. David was good at communicating, turned up when he said he would and did a good job for a reasonable price. I asked about getting vinyl fitted in the kitchen and he was happy to talk through any problems we might come across and how to resolve them.

Dave fitted barrier carpet to the entrance of my house, initially I only wanted a square metre around the front door but when Dave came to do the work it became obvious that the floor was uneven in places. A solution was suggested and he came back to fit a much bigger piece across the whole of the room which looks much better. I'm very pleased with the way this has turned out and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I had vinyl flooring installed this morning in my bathroom. Answered all my questions. I showed photos of what I was looking and was able to find similar to what I was looking for. Fell in love with my bathroom and just completed the whole look.

Bedroom. Carpet and vinyl flooring in kitchen and conservatory. The guys were polite and worked hard clearing everything up and hoovering once carpet fitted. Contact had been good after booking had been made notifying me when they would arrive

Had a room measured for carpet laying and underlay. Kept informed of when the carpet was delivered and when to expect them. Work was carried out to a high standard and even offered a hand to fix the finish of another carpet that had come loose (also able to move a very heavy sofa to fit the carpet).

David and his team collected and fitted a bedroom carpet for me. There were a few issues with the state of the floor around the edges, which was going to make it very difficult to lay the carpet. However, David set to work there and then to make it possible to carry the fitting out. He did a brilliant job, it looks great and everything was left very tidy. We hadn't realised we needed to have the doors planed and couldnt fit the flooring on the original date, David came back at another time and was do accommodating and helpful with suggestions. After having my stair carpet laid by a big company three years ago it was time to get it replaced. I am completely shocked at not only the difference in customer service but also the quality of work done. The communication from start to finish was excellent. I had various quotes and David Gordon’s was the best by far. I will not hesitate to use again in the future.

Stair, landing and one bedroom carpeted. From contacting Dave, after reading positive reviews he arranged a visit to measure the areas and brought carpet samples to choose from. A fitting date was agreed, the day before a time of appointment was sent by text message. A team of fitters arrived and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Fitted hall carpet. Not the biggest job they will have but after realising the carpet we provided was not up to scratch David went out his way to get a quality carpet at a reasonable price and fitted it next day.

New build property, underlay and carpets to 4 bedroom, stairs, lower and upper landings. With vinyl to 3 bathroom, kitchen/diner and utility.

Swift response to request for quote, visited the property to measure up and provide advise pre quote.

Floors were prepared and debris left by the builder removed, then underlay, carpets and vinyl were installed. The vinyl had straight edged designs and these were perfectly aligned… given one area was 27m^2 large this was exceptional. When the carpets were down, the area was hoovered.

Can’t tell you just how happy I am with the work that they did.

We had a carpet re fitted after we having had work done and needed to roll our lounge carpet back, the guys were very clean and efficient I would definitely use and recommend again.

He came out quickly to quote and came when he said he would, he offered great advice and allowed us to get the best deal overall saving us over £200 from a retail quote for the exact same carpet. He then arrived on the date we agreed and has done a stunning job as well as carrying out 2 small additional jobs on the day.
