Alex came to look at a stain in our carpet and said he would only accept payment if he could remove it. When he came to do the work when he said he would, he managed to clean the stain away. Great service and a super customer experience. I will definitely use him again.

Alex at A&K Cleaning Services provided a professional service from start to finish. After an initial consultation and quote the carpets were cleaned. He arrived as arranged and took his time to clean every carpet in our house to the same standard. This was 3 reception rooms, 4 bedrooms and our hall, stairs and landing. Our main sofas were also cleaned and look like new. Alex would not accept payment on the day as he wanted to be sure we were happy with everything. Couldn't have provided a more prompt and effective service. This man is a magician. We originally got him to quote for sofa cleaning, however, I spilt red wine on our 4 weeks new carpet. He came the next day and removed the stain (99%) at no extra cost. Brilliant.

I had a bedroom carpet cleaned-with two bad stains which I thought had little chance of coming out.
Alex agreed to try to remove the stains and if successful, would clean the rest of the carpet. If he couldn’t remove the stains, there would be no charge. I thought that was very fair.
He did indeed get the stains out with his amazing machine, and then cleaned the whole carpet. What an amazing job! The carpet looks as good as new and smells so fresh.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending A & K Cleaning Services. I will now never use any other cleaning company!

I emailed during lockdown to organise an appointment for a quote and they were prompt and reliable and ensured social distancing measures were enforced at all times. This is the 3rd time that I have used A & K Cleaning Services - as always, Alex is professional and always gives an outstanding service. My two fabric sofas and two carpets look like new again! Alex is always on time and is very informative regarding the products and machines that he uses. Work completed by A&K Cleaning was to a very high standard and undertaken safely. I had a large light grey corner sofa cleaned and a large double armchair. Alec was fantastic! Free quotation and quoted a good price for 3 rooms including lounge, which had significant soot damage from recently storms breaking chimney and debris all over the carpet. Alex was extremely professional from quotation to carrying out the work. He took his time to ensure all stains were removed and even managed to remove large candle wax spillage on carpet. Upholstery cleaned extremely well and smells beautifully fresh and clean. Carpets look brilliant, fresh, bright and clean. No marks or stains remain.
