Cannot fault A&K Cleaning services. Alex responded the same day I left a message on his answer machine. He came to my house and left an no obligation quote. The quote was extremely fair so I agreed a date to get my two sofa’s cleaned. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job. The work was carried out in an extremely professional manner, and I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending A&K cleaning to anyone that wants a great job at a fair price.

Alex was prompt, efficient and hard working. Whilst cleaning the suite he put towels on the floor to prevent any water damage. He also supplied dryers to hasten the drying process meaning that we could use the suite a lot sooner. We were so happy with his work we have already booked another job. Definitely recommend.

Alex came to clean the carpets in my house. Before booking Alex came to have a look af the work involved and gave me a price to make sure I was happy before going ahead. He explained what was all involved and how long he would be.
Alex doine the work today (5/1/23) and has left my carpets looking like they're new again and also managed to get rid of some marks that I thought would be there permanently.

This is a really professional service from start to completion. We had a visit within a couple of days after phoning, to give us a quote. Alex at A&K Cleaning Services provided a professional service from start to finish. After an initial consultation and quote the carpets were cleaned. He arrived as arranged and took his time to clean every carpet in our house to the same standard. This was 3 reception rooms, 4 bedrooms and our hall, stairs and landing. Our main sofas were also cleaned and look like new. Alex would not accept payment on the day as he wanted to be sure we were happy with everything. Couldn't have provided a more prompt and effective service. This man is a magician. We originally got him to quote for sofa cleaning, however, I spilt red wine on our 4 weeks new carpet. He came the next day and removed the stain (99%) at no extra cost. Brilliant.

I have used A & K Cleaning Services several times. Alex is very reliable, he is very busy, but comes on the day and time arranged, having confirmed the night before. He is very thorough and does a great job of cleaning dirty carpets. No mess and everything left very tidy on departure.

I had a bedroom carpet cleaned-with two bad stains which I thought had little chance of coming out.
Alex agreed to try to remove the stains and if successful, would clean the rest of the carpet. If he couldn’t remove the stains, there would be no charge. I thought that was very fair.
He did indeed get the stains out with his amazing machine, and then cleaned the whole carpet. What an amazing job! The carpet looks as good as new and smells so fresh.
What a great service-professional, friendly and very fairly priced.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending A & K Cleaning Services. I will now never use any other cleaning company!

Alex's carpet cleaning services are outstanding. Friendly and reassuring. Alex makes light work of cleaning all the carpets, moving furniture as necessary, careful of pets. Up to date, quiet speedy, machinery. Second time I've used this service and will continue to do so.

Alex was prompt in answering emails providing a totally obligation free quotation without any "sales pitch" on an initial inspection. He arrived on time on the agreed date for cleaning and got straight to work. Alex believes in quality work and total customer satisfaction which was evident throughout conversation.
