We arranged online for Calum to come and replace our front door lock which was not functioning. He came promptly and conducted himself in the most friendly and professional manner. On assessing our situation, he quickly provided the best solution which was to replace the lock for an agreed fixed price. The work was completed without fuss or mess. He fitted the lock, provided 3 new keys and cut us an additional key at our request for an additional £5. He also noted some realignment issues with our door and provided a free service to remedy this.
All told he completed his work in around 20 minutes.

I lost my keys and had front door and garage door locks changed. Calum came out when he said he would and also adjusted my door, fixed a threshold which he didn’t need to do at no extra charge in order to make my door more secure. My kitchen window handle was faulty leaving the window insecure. He took the time to replace that also.
