I've had Barry from Mercer come out several times to fix different issues, and he’s always been reliable. Most recently, he replaced a faulty flush valve. The job was completed efficiently, and he left the area spotless afterwards. Excellent workmanship and top-notch customer service – 5 stars!

I had a new boiler installed. Mercer Plumbing were excellent. They came when they said they would , they were polite and tidy. The boiler has been working well since installation. I would highly recommend them.

Really pleased with the service! The plumber turned up exactly when he said he would, kept in touch throughout, and had a great can-do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble, and the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend!
