Water was backing up and flooding my back garden, one quick call to JSL and the drains were cleared quickly and efficiently. Even with the recent heavy rain no more flooding! Great service and competitive prices.

We discovered that we had a leakage of water from our kitchen sink and dishwasher which had caused a build up of waste material in the house's foundations underneath our kitchen floor. This had been going on for months, possibly years!
Having checked their reviews we asked JSL to resolve the issue which had also led to an infestation of drain flies through out our house.
In comparison to the national companies their price seemed competitive and when they started the job they were highly professional in everything they did.
They arrived on time, they worked hard when in our house, they kept us in the loop and they were extremely knowledgeable and well versed in this type of problem. Most importantly, the flies have disappeared!
We don't normally give testimonials such as this but in this case it is well merited. We would highly recommend JSL if you have any drainage problems.

Tree root in blocked drain. JSL team were very proactive in fixing the problem promptly. Our bathroom layout was tricky. Lily from JSL was very creative in identifying solutions that would fix the problem and helped us to avoid a major excavation project. Everyone in team were extremely helpful and professional.

We have used JSL three or more times now, they generally have good availability meaning I can book them in reliably. Most recently we had some emergency drain repairs required, Jim was good enough to come out on a Sunday to help rectify. Once the problem was dealt with I scheduled JSL to come back and rectify some other poorly installed plumbing which another company had done previously, Darren took the time to completely replace the poorly installed pipes and fittings. Going above and beyond what we thought was initially smaller scope, despite this we weren't charged anything additional to what was quoted. I will use JSL again and will continue to recommend them to others, very fair and trustworthy whilst doing excellent work.

I have used JSL multiple times and each time, they have turned up when they said they would, done what they promised and left my home in the same condition is was before. Couldn't be more delighted with their work and have happily recommended them to everyone and anyone I can.

JSL Plumbing have done a few jobs for me. Once was broken is now fixed, they came when they said they would on a number of occasions and left the properties tidy and treated with respect. I still use them and will use them for future works. Definitely a trusted trader.
