Another fabulous job!
We used JDS last year to install a new boiler and received an excellent service. We recently used them again to remove a radiator and install a new verticle one. The service we received once again was excellent. Jennifer was fabulous arranging the appointments to accommodate other services we needed to use and Ryan did a great job sorting out the pipework and doing the installation!

We had a long running issue with our external soil pipe leaking, and for some reason not many plumbing firms wanted to take the job on. I contacted JDS as have used them for years with heating issues & boiler services and they were happy to send one of their engineers called Ryan. After assessing the job and agreeing to take it on, Ryan and his team returned a few days later and replaced the damaged soil stack in a few hours at a very reasonable cost. No mess, problem finally solved, and great work as always.

I've been using JDS since moving house in 2022. They first came to service the boiler, fix a gas leak and a blocked drain. Since then they've hardly been away! They've replaced all the radiators, replumbed the kitchen and utility, installed a new toilet and, more recently, installed a new gas boiler. The gas boiler was a bit of an emergency, as the old one had failed. However, they were still on site in a couple of days with the new one, fitted it in a day and left everything clean and tidy - the scrap merchant came later to pick up the rubbish. I find all the team professional, knowledgeable and really helpful. They were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. You can't really go wrong with JDS

The guys as stated were very punctual on the day, the team all worked fantastically throughout the course of the time spent leaving an amazing job, absolutely immaculate finish and great service, kept us up to speed with how the install was going and finally upon completion spending time showing us how to operate both our new boiler and Hive, one very happy (and warm) family.... 5* for Dougie and the guys.

superb service from Dougie, Ryan and their team of helpers ( roofer electrician and apprentice) , the quietest, cleanest workers ever. New Boiler supplied and fitted within a couple of days from advising we needed it and at a price we were very happy with. Had used another company for 20 years and paid them fortunes but sadly never again will we let them darken our door. JDS are my new heroes!!
