The customer service from I-Protech fitting my EV charger was excellent, from the knowledgeable advice and guidance beforehand to the prompt, efficient and friendly installation.

I had a roof solar array and battery installed by iProtech, my point of contact was Chay. From the start Chay provided lots of options and was happy to accommodate any of my requests, compared to others who tried to sell a fixed solution. They weren't put off by having to contact the DNO. Everything was well organised and the install was quick and tidy.

They're busy with lots of projects and customers but any time I contacted Chay he would respond quickly and worked to address my question. Don't be shy to contact them!

We built a new house at the top of a hill which due to the cost of connection to the grid, is totally off grid. We have a large array of solar panels with a back up generator powering batteries. This is all very new technology and as such there have been a couple of glitches which have been immediately rectified by the cheery, helpful staff from I protech.
