Review a trader

NC Roofing were recommended to us by a friend. I then seen previous jobs that had been completed on social media and along with a competitive price for replacing our roof I was very happy to go ahead.

During replacing our roof NC had noticed our Velux windows were in poor condition. After giving us our original price and knowing that we hadn’t accounted for this extra cost he was more than reasonable with this add on and got the windows picked up and replaced on the same day.

The job was completed quickly and also the finished product looks great.

Only comment I could say on anything that could be improved would be communication advising when different steps of the job are going to happen and when the job is finished etc. But I do understand businesses with less staff are doing everything from pricing, admin to actuallly carrying out the work etc.

Have had my wrought iron railings and gate painted. Very pleased with the work carried out. The men were very pleasant and conscientious.
At present and once the weather improves I will be getting my fence painted by them.
My neighbour is waiting for a quote for work as she was impressed by Russell's.

Would absolutely use Jack and his team again. We had and have work done at my place of employment and jack and the MCG Team have always been very polite, professional, efficient and communicate well, they are always on time and keep you very much in the loop with what is going on. I would recommend 💯 and if we need any more jobs done I will contact them first.

I’ve had a great experience start to finish with this company.
Came out and sorted me out with a quote within a day of me contacting them, and gave a few options from low to high range boilers, the prices were all much more reasonable than the quote I had from British Gas. There was no pressure applied to make a choice and it was really easy to get a date sorted that suited me.
They turned up when they said they would and have been really friendly and polite every time I’ve spoken to them, the work was done in a day and they did a brilliant job of cleaning up after themselves too, even fixed a few loose connections they noticed and don’t charge any extra for it. Also checked up with me again the same night to make sure I was still happy with everything.

All plumbing works related to new kitchen fit carried out to a very high standard. Communication and customer service was excellent. Would definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for any plumbing requirements - large or small.

Fixed problem with my heating, very promptly attended though it wasn’t urgent. Was able to fix on the spot with a part in his van.
