MCG Heating Solutions came to the rescue after a so-called “plumber” left a job unfinished and, quite frankly, in a dangerous state.

From the moment MCG arrived, they were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They gave me a clear quote to put everything right and, importantly, there was no pressure, no scare tactics and no attempt to upsell unnecessary work — just honest, expert advice.

They did exactly what was needed and left the job safe, tidy and finished to a very high standard — exactly how it should have been done in the first place.

I’ve had a great experience start to finish with this company.
Came out and sorted me out with a quote within a day of me contacting them, and gave a few options from low to high range boilers, the prices were all much more reasonable than the quote I had from British Gas. There was no pressure applied to make a choice and it was really easy to get a date sorted that suited me.
They turned up when they said they would and have been really friendly and polite every time I’ve spoken to them, the work was done in a day and they did a brilliant job of cleaning up after themselves too, even fixed a few loose connections they noticed and don’t charge any extra for it. Also checked up with me again the same night to make sure I was still happy with everything.

All plumbing works related to new kitchen fit carried out to a very high standard. Communication and customer service was excellent. Would definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for any plumbing requirements - large or small.

Fantastic experience with MCG Heating. My boiler was on its way out and I needed a new one from a reliable fitter. From my initial enquiry they were quickly in contact and arranged a home visit. From there I received my quote. Chose my boiler and arranged installation. On the day they were excellent and did a great job. Highly recommend MCG.

Our ailing combi boiler finally gave up. I contacted a firm and arranged a next day survey but they went to the wrong address. My wife has a medical condition and was feeling the cold so I had to get something done quickly. I checked local suppliers and MCG Heating Solutions of Old Kilpatrick have very good reviews so I contacted them. Jack called the same day and gave us help and advice on the options available. He followed up with a choice of quotations and the offer of a next day installation, so we gave them the go-ahead. The following day the new boiler was delivered and Jack and Harry followed. The old boiler was quickly removed and the new boiler fitted, excellent pipework both inside and outside. By the afternoon the job was finished and Jack and Harry cleared up and took the old boiler, fittings and packaging away. Well done to Jack and Harry and thank you both very much for a super-efficient job.

After months of unsuccessfully trying to get our boiler/hot water system repaired and working by our local plumber, we called MCG Heating Solutions following a recommendation from a friend.

It’s the simple things that make a difference - answering phone calls/messages, arriving at the time specified, not wasting time when on the job. I’m very happy with Harry and Jack, very nice guys that got on with the job. Happy to answer my questions and prepare various quotes to suit.

Had my boiler replaced. 10/10 service would highly recommend

Replaced two radiators, fixed leak,replaced two taps and serviced boiler.
All work was carried out to a very high standard and reasonably priced.
The boys were very pleasant and cleaned up as much as they could.

As a home owner and Landlord I have had many jobs done by Jack & Harry. They installed a replacement gas boiler in my home and separately exchanged a bath for a shower tray. They have serviced the boiler since it's installation in 2019.

Following problems with our hot water we called MCG and Jack responded that day. Unfortunately we needed to replace our boiler, Jack gave excellent advice on suitable makes and models, arranged a time for installation and within the hour provided a quote.
Jack arrived on time and installed our boiler in jig time. He was courteous, clean and tidy and upon completion explained the operation of our boiler.

Got a new combo boiler fitted by MCG Heating Solutions as my old boiler had broken and my hot water cylinder was leaking. Jack came at short notice as it was in the middle of winter. He was very helpful and informative and arrived when he said he would. He did an excellent job fitting my new boiler and followed up to make sure I was happy with the new system. I would have no hesitation in using MCG Heating Solutions again.

After fitting our boiler 5 years ago we have asked MCG Heating Solutions to service it yearly. Communication is always prompt and friendly and I wholly trust that the work will be of a high standard. MCG are neat and professional whenever they are here. Most recently they rebalanced the radiators which we had an issue with last winter. Can't recommend them enough.
