Scott came out the day after I got in touch to inspect damage to our house after a chunk of rendering dropped off above the back door, exposing a rusted section of lintel. He explained the possibilities were repair or replacement and gave a rough quote for both, recommending replacement as the best option. We went with his advice and work was scheduled, carried out and completed quickly and professionally - with the site completely cleared afterwards. After a few bad experiences with other traders, this was a breath of fresh air and we will definitely go straight to Scott with any future jobs. Top marks.

ATT have been our go to company for years. We recently moved to a new build and wanted something nice in the garden. Scott spent time listening to my ideas and came back with a plan that suited my vision and budget. The team were fast, efficient and friendly. Very mindful of our home and new neighbours who commented on how courteous they were.

Scott and his team designed and completed my back garden and patio area to an amazing standard, I had little idea of materials and finishes but was guided by Scott’s experience and professional opinion. They turned up on time and worked till late afternoon on what was the hottest week of the year. They came prepared with suitable plant and materials to ensure the job was completed efficiently and left a top class job. The guys were courteous and polite, nothing was too much for them. They left a spotlessly clean site and I would not hesitate to call them for further work,

We had our front steps and path into the garden , front steps up to front door fixed and redone. Brickwork on front wall replaced and front wall rendered and roughcast.

Scott and his team took on what I would describe as “ Mission Impossible “ . They pulled out an old kitchen, knocked down walls, re-wired, and completely transformed the most awkward shaped kitchen / room you have ever seen into the most delightful practical functional kitchens anyone would be proud of. All the guys who worked on this project arrived on time if not early, were polite, worked their socks off and tidied up after themselves. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want a job done right within a reasonable budget, and to a high standard, then ATT are the company you should contact. 10 out of 10!

Our roof needed replacing and the loft boarded and insulated. Scott and his team did a fantastic job, turning up when they said they would or letting us know if they were delayed. ATT Building were not the cheapest quote we were given but they were utterly reliable and really pleasant and helpful.

Since then we have had to have additional and unrelated work done on our guttering and once again they have been very reliable. Scott texted or emailed when the work was to be carried out and when the weather prevented it being carried out as planned he immediately arranged another date and stuck to it.

Our experience with many other tradesmen has been it is often impossible to get hold of them or they do not call back when they say they will - this is not our experience with Scott and his team (Alan has been particularly helpful too). Given their work has also been of excellent quality we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Prompt and reliable as always and a high standard of work

Couldn’t get anyone to even come and give me a quote but Scott and his team came and got the job done in the timeframe agreed even though there was a lot more damage that was found than initially thought. The job they done is amazing, I am over the moon with the end result it’s exactly what I asked for. I will be using this company again and have already recommended to a family member to have work done.

Repairs to roof and gutter

We had our gutters renewed and the job was botched. Scott and his team came to the rescue and did a brilliant job. They came and without fuss, completed the job and fixed the shoddy work, to our great relief, in a day and a half. Would highly recommend ATT Building and Roofing.

Media Wall Installed.

Scott was a pleasure to work with from planning to completion. He came to the house and listened to my ideas. When we could not find something off the shelf he came back with lots of options for me to choose from and ended up custom making my media wall bespoke for me.
Scott’s team arrived on time, friendly and polite throughout the process along with being mindful of our home and took all the precautions to minimise any disruption.
