We initially considered a composite back door which was considerably more expensive than the PVC one, we spoke to Susan who advised us that a composite door wasn't necessary, she recommended due to the location of our property & as it was a back door the PVC option would be suffice.

All work that has been carried out was to a very high standard.

Ordered a new front door. From the initial enquiry through the selection, quotation, survey to the final product and installation everything was handled in a friendly, courteous and totally professional manner, everyone involved. We didn't have to pay a penny until completely satisfied, which was a bonus. 10 year warranty on the door etc too. Also had a repair done to our back door ... with an honest appraisal of the problem and no attempt to 'push' for more! Enquiries afterwards re a similar colour of 'touch up' paint were helfully handled. Highly recommend Radbury.

Re-roofing of a porch. Initial assessment and identification of our requirements was accurate and professional. The installation was as described without problem and the area left clean and tidy. The new roof looks good and much better than this old. The installation team provided explanation as they worked and were a pleasure to have working on our property. We obtained quotes from other companies for a conservatory refurbishment, but when Duncan the Installation Manager at Radbury came out to discuss our options I knew then that they were getting the job.  His experience in the trade and his calm and reassuring way with people instilled confidence from the start.  This continued throughout the job, with him visiting at various stages. Gemma was helpful during the quotation stage and happily requoted when we requested additional work.  Ryan and Jordan were the team that undertook the work and they are absolutely first class fitters and genuine nice guys.  Nothing was too much trouble for them and they gave us options on various small detail finishes that we hadn't even considered.  They worked together brilliantly as a team and were clearly very experienced in all aspects of glazing and construction.  They took real pride in their work and explained each part of the process making sure that this customer was happy.  He was very happy.  I've no hesitation in recommending Radbury, particularly the team that completed our installation, to anyone seeking a reliable company in Ayrshire for conservatory refurbishment or replacement.  The quality of work and attention to detail is excellent.
