Remove 100 year old storm doors replace with part glazed french doors at front of house, the old ones let in water when raining. Absolutely delighted with Caledonian's service and the French doors look magnificent and most compatible with our old style cottage (so far gone dry!)

UPVC "Rock" door installed 2019 No proactive contact from company to finalize installation date or 2 service visits to check and replace draugh excluder. Had to phone to chase up on each occasion - disappointing target fit date feb, fitted 6 march (Door). Completion date -1 May (awaiting draught excluder).
Suggest customers are informed when I delays occur. Thank you.

Felt I had to change for dates and completion of work, rather than being updated.
Initial man providing quote gave very limited info and had not been a customer previously, I'd not have followed on basis of his visit.

Fitted new front door and french doors. New windows throughout bricked back door halfway and replaced with window made new step and platform for french doors. Work completed to a high standard. Arrived on time and dates that were agreed. Kept me informed stage by stage. A pleasure to have in my home. Very tidy workmen.

Replacement door and window. Excellent work pleasant workman quick and tidy. Overall lovely experience from salesman, office staff and tradesman will use again when replacing my remaining rear property windows.

No work started, customer service and our customer experience was terrible, i will never consider this company for anything again. Wanted a conservatory, company took a 10% deposit before planning application went in as they were confident the planning would be granted even though it was going on to an already built extension, as they are the ''experts'' in this field we took their word for it so paid it, then the plans for conservatory were refused by council, nobodys fault, managing director and his independent architect had both measured up on more than one occassion but council still refused it, other option they came up with didn''t suit us as the conservatory would be right on edge of our teenage sons bedroom window and we would lose 1 metre of our garden from the boundary, and need a new smaller kitchen window fitted (at company''s expense they said), we wanted to cancel but managing director told us we were not entitled to our deposit back and to ''read our contract'', he also made a big deal of coming to our house one saturday afternoon to try and come up with the alternative plan as this was his day off! We had to go into his showroom 3 times on our days off so big deal, we were provided a blank unheaded piece of A4 paper with figures on it which we were told was the company''s outlay so far, and it just happen to total the amount of our deposit! Well £16 more than the deposit, eventually we had to go to trading standards and then the federation of master builders who conducted mediation between the parties, after 8 months and being offered £100, then £200, then £300, then £400 we finally got £500 back of our £1700 deposit, company said it was a ''goodwill gesture'' and not an admittance of guilt, the managing director seemed the nicest guy you could meet when he wanted our business, how wrong we were, the customer service from this company is atrocious, the information on the lead up to the planning application was terrible, i was then emailed and threatened with legal action on my original review! I thought reviews were meant to be honest opinions of a customers experience. We are still £1200 out of pocket without a brick to our name but we just wanted no more dealings with this company.

Building a four car garage with gym above. Still at the snagging stage of completion.

Renovation of family bathroom and plumbing. Upon purchase of our new house we asked Caledonian to undertake a complex and multi faceted renovation.
During all works, we were resident in the house.
Considering the scope and diversity of the work, Caledonian completed everything on time, within agreed budgets and with minimal disruption to us.

Replaced my windows. Excellent work, great men and company to do with. No problem at all.
