Replace windows and patio door. Windows were fitted in Dec 2019, However in March 2020-the hinges were not working properly after lockdown finished I contacted Caledonian Windows, and they replaced the hinges on all the windows. The new hinges are superior to the original and the team were great.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

Replacement french doors.

Fire replacement windows inc internal finish. Used Caledonian for my last house, and was automatic choice to use again. Made such a difference, I wish i'd got the whole house done at once. Neighbours comment on how good they look. Changed my mind after ordering on the internal finish-nothing was too much trouble, very helpful.

Windows to whole house plus front to back doors. Very happy, work undertaken professionally tidily by a nice bunch of men.

Can see the difference to our house and feel it in heat retention.

Previous front door and side window. Cannot fault them brilliant guys both installing and office.

When they old get back to work after could and having a huge amount of back others to finish they did not rush the job.

Still having them back for more work.

A number of windows replaced really pleased with the end result.

Two new windows. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The work was carried out when I had been told it would. The two bedrooms were left neat and tidy after the work.

4x4 metre extension floor etc Trades worked well with no supervision
Poor communication to client snagging not expedited speedily
Lack of truthful answers.

Replacing conservatory glass roof with tiles Staff very friendly work was done in a professional manner. Some delay to completion mostly due to weather.

1 X new windows (flat) All round very good service and know the company. There was a slight disconnect from signing contract and paying deposit from windows and then didn't receive update for a couple of months re installation called and was advised installation date which was fine but would have appreciated approx scheduled installation sooner.

Replace 7 windows and 2 doors. Good tradesmen.

Replacement windows. Work was supposed to carried out a month earlier than was completed.

To supply and install set of patio doors. Great experience on all fronts from initial contact through to installation.

Large replacement window. Lack of communication between sales survey and fitters. No photo taken to clarify to fitters the nature and complexity of the job. Scant attention to health and safety.

Fitting team had no appreciation of the job in hand (No photos provided by surveyor) resulting in scaffolding having to be ordered and job postponed from the agreed date due to all of the above.

When finally fitted, one pane cracked and several broken slates on roof (only discovered later by home owner!!!) This was rectified by the company.

In addition, minor marks on walls, timber damaged on 1/2 glazed front door and scrape marks on storm door.
