Dry not repairs to several acres of the house. This included replacement of load - bearing beams, floorboards and roof joints. Replacement of window surrounds, skirting boards and cornicing.
Replacement of floor boards. Re-plastering and finishing works. Treatment of replaced wood. Verts in the roof and door step to aid airflow. CPM joinery and Timber preservation are a professional, reliable and quality business. Communication was always good and we were kept informed of any changes and of progression. As we were not living in the property at the time of the work Chris took the time to send photographs of work progress which was very useful. The standard and quality of the work was very high and we were very happy with the finished job.

Work to replace sections of flat roof. Replace fascias, gutters and down pipes on that section.
Repoint complete roof ridge tiles. Lovely people, worked hard. Explained what they were doing. And what needed done.

4 windows (3 of them built up) total removed the 3 old one. Floor to rear ceiling. Single garage bedroom 1 removed. 2 very nice hard working men. Left the place spotless clean every night. Said it would be two and half days and it was. Would recommend them with no hesitations. Could not get any better and definitely worth every penny.

1) Supply and installation of oak balustrade.
2) Work to conservatory roof.
3) Sagging removal well in bedroom. Being satisfied with the work on the first big job, we, without hesitation employed CJM on a second big job. Presently a third smaller job is being done by CJM. Attention to detail, quality and tidiness have been excellent. Also good communication.

Treatment to eradicate the wood boring insects in the roof timbers. A hard working team who carried out the work with true professionalism.
