Ayrshire Drainage Solutions is a local, family run, independent drain unblocking and cleaning company with over 20 years specialist experience. We are upfront with the real cost of getting your drain running again at the best price possible. We don’t sell any gimmicks or have slick sales pitches to confuse you and end up costing you more. We do, however, attend to clear your drain quickly and give you an honest opinion on the condition of your drains with an up-front price.

Remove and replace damaged mains pipework
For me Ayrshire Drainage Solutions (ADS) are the best when it comes to sorting out drainage problems.They have a friendly helpful manner and always kept us up to date with what was going on.
Our job to us was a big job but it soon became clear it would be bigger than expected. ADS were just great explained everything that needed to be done and why and the work they carried out was really above and beyond.
At the end of the day they tidied and reinstated the site so that you would never have known they had been working at our house.
Fantastic. We have no hesitation recommending ADS for your drainage problems.

Unblocked the the toilet that was caused by a blockage in the drain outside,which was also affecting the sinks etc Absolutely fantastic service! The gentleman who came out was nothing but nice, hardworking, and went above and beyond to fix the problem. He discussed what the problems were with myself and my elderly mother,and kept us informed all the way through the job. I cannot recommend this company enough. Great work,great service,and very reasonable cost wise. Many thanks!

Jet clear 4 foul line cctv inspection of fool line track and locate buried trap uncover trap uncover trap Chris came out to deal with a blocked drain that was over flowing. We were delighted with the service he provided. He explained what the problem was and found and exposed a trap that we had no idea was there. He explained how we could deal with any further problems as well. Brilliant service at a very reasonable price. Very pleased.

Unblocking an external drainpipe Excellent professional service. The company arrived the same day I called them. The job was not as simple as expected, but the fellows persevered and solved the problem. Then did a good bit of testing to ensure the drain was clear. And never charged any extra for the extra time involved. The cleaned the site thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anybody. They went above and beyond.

Dig up outside to locate drain. Cleaning from inside house to outside drain flow to remove drain fly. 2nd time Stewart has been-different problem to last time.
