Work on 150 year old preservation beach tree.

I contracted Epic Tree Care to survey a large mature Elm tree close to my property. From start to finish the company provided a level of professionalism that was second to none. Communication with the staff was extremely easy, the service they provided was both timely and offered excellent value for money.

I have two very large copper beech trees that needed general maintenance and the canopy trimming back.
Excellent, quick response to my enquiry, Elaine visited, sent me a quote via email, which I accepted. Came when they said they would, did an excellent job, all tidied away neatly with the minimum of fuss.

We had a large limb taken from a beech tree as it was likely to break.
We also had crown lifting performed on several trees in order that our neighbours got more light in their garden.

Elaine visited us on several occasions to examine the problems and to discuss solutions that were acceptable to us and to the neighbours. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Communication was good throughout the job and the men turned up when expected. They were all very approachable, friendly and professional. They tidied up well after the work was finished.

We have no hesitation to recommend them and will certainly use them again ourselves if the need arises.

The work carried out by Epic Tree Care cannot be faulted. They worked together as a team, each one knowing exactly what they had to do. They were prompt and efficient. The upmost care was taken to manoeuvre large cut branches around ornamental trees - it was amazing to watch. The skill of the chainsaw crew was extremely impressive as was their concern not to harm any other trees and shrubs nearby.
The team were friendly and helpful and were happy to give advice when required.
They left the garden tidier than it had been prior to their arrival!
We honestly cannot rate them highly enough.
