Epic Tree Care have pollarded our big sycamore. They have done an excellent job, very quick and so careful of the surroundings that nothing in the garden was damaged despite the tree being surrounded by borders, sheds and garages. Thank you, guys and thank you, Elaine for the excellent customer service, it has been a good experience from the beginning to the end.

2large trees taken down beside house. Very tidy and careful when taking branches down as not to damage anything below they even filled the cart with all the logs that were sawn before they left. Brilliant and much appreciated.

Epic are a great team. We have used them twice for trimming and taking down a couple of trees; they are highly approachable and very reliable with both advice and carrying out the work requested.

Very professional and efficient . impressive array of equipment that left no evidence, of the extensive big Leylandi trimming carried out ,on our ground .
All the work was carried out with a smile and nothing seemed too much trouble for them .
Pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of equipment used , big telehandler , chipper and bobcat log handler . The ground was covered with ground protection mats and there was hardly a trace that they had been there , except the massive Laylandi hedge was half the height than it was .

Arranged dates for work in advance and turned up when they said.
Carried out the work exactly as agreed.
Team was organised and hard working.
Removed the debris and tidied up well once the work was completed.

I was particularly impressed with how well the stumps were removed, and also the care that was taken to make sure that I was happy with the shape of the trees that were cut back.

The cost seemed high until I saw how many men were involved, how much work was actually involved, the amount of wood to be taken away and the range of equipment used.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Epic Tree Care again and would be very happy to recommend them.

Epic Tree Care cleared dangerous trees from beside our house. They came and did it as soon as the felling license was through allowing us to feel safe in our house whatever the weather does.

I had a large willow tree taken down but left able to regrow. I also had a large overgrown hedge cut back to allow better line of sight when pulling out of the drive.
From the very first contact with the company they were polite professional and responsive. The work was completed effectively and efficiently and the area was left clean and tidy.

Work on 150 year old preservation beach tree.

I contracted Epic Tree Care to survey a large mature Elm tree close to my property. From start to finish the company provided a level of professionalism that was second to none.
