We use this company for many jobs, normally small to medium sized jobs and normally need done at short notice. They react quickly and always give an honest assessment of jobs. very reliable.

We have used Strathspey Electrical Services Ltd a number of times now. John has fitted electric radiators throughout our house. Fitted numerous new plug sockets ect, and repaired our hotwater cylinder. His work is top notch. He has been completely reliable, value for money and a pleasure to deal with.

Regular electrical maintenance work at our 5 bedroom holiday let property in Nethy Bridge. Most recent work -installation of new electric oven and replacing night storage heating units with new heating system throughout the house which can be controlled remotely.

John has our 'go to' electrician for more than 20 years. He responds quickly to call outs/emergencies when the house is occupied by guests. He has never let us down and is very reliable and trustworthy so much so that he is a keyholder. Whatever the problem or scale of project he has delivered to a high standard quickly and efficiently. We would strongly recommend him.

Carried out the Periodic Inspection for the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) to meet the requirements of our Short Term Letting Licence for the Highland Council.

Installing electrical power sockets throughout the house and to various outbuildings which included new consumer units.

PAT testing on all portable appliances.

Our experience was excellent. One of the only Tradesmen that gives you a time he will be with you and is unloading his equipment 5 minutes beforehand. He is honest, punctual, trustworthy and works timeously leaving everything as he found it; clean and tidy.

I would definitely recommend John as an electrician! He has sorted out all our electrical requirements inside and outside our holiday home which we do Short Term Lettings on. We live 150 miles away from the house and it is absolutely fantastic that I can let John know the problem, he lets himself into the house with the key in the key box, fixes our problems and our additional electrical needs such as our outside lighting and sends us the bill. No job has ever been too big or too small. It is very reassuring to know that I can trust him to do an excellent job and keep everything working. He also does our PAT testing. This man is a diamond and definitely a trusted tradesman, to whom we are very grateful!
