I discovered an issue with my gutters on Saturday (a constant drip) after the heavy rain stopped. I asked for a quote that night and a got an appointment for a quote the following day. After being happy with the quote it was agreed the company would visit during the week to carry out the work. The work was completed the following day when I was at work which was very convenient and efficient. I would recommend and use this company again if needed.

Had a skylight that was leaking and needed removed. The work was completed within just a week of me receiving my quote, absolutely brilliant service. Highly recommend!

Replaced Rhône’s and painted them plus down pipes. Job seems well done and they cleaned up well afterwards.

Tenant reported that there was a leak from the guttering at the rear of the property.
Rooftechcare were contacted, they replied and visited the property on the same day.
I was called and informed that the gutters front and rear needed cleaned and that a seal was leaking.
The cleaning and repair were carried out the next day.

Roof stripped, Chimney removed and roof re-tiled.
This company was easy to deal with the issues with my roof were fully explained to me and photographs of the issues were taken and shown to me.
The work was completed within the agreed timescale and the site was kept neat and tidy throughout the works.

We called initially when our roof started leaking (we were told when we bought the house it would need a new roof), Chris came quickly provided a very reasonable quote and carried out the work asap. We then asked Chris to fully redo the roof. Chris kept us updated every step and did a great job even when issues arose due to previous work done by another contractor on the roof. We would highly recommend using this company.

I needed a completely new roof, badly. I chose Rooftechcare based on the strength of their reviews on trustedtrader and checkatrade, as well as how close they were based to my home.

The work on my roof has finished only a few hours ago, and I can quite honestly say that I'm extremely pleased with the result. Chris was both professional and affable, kept in contact with me consistently both before and during the work, and never gave me any reason to doubt his integrity as a tradesman. I even felt comfortable enough to give him access to a key to my house when I wasn't home.

I was kept updated throughout the process, was always aware of the how long the job was expected to take, and Chris was always available to answer any questions I had.

The scaffolders he used took the scaffolding down immediately after he was finished, and there has been minimal mess left outside.

The roof itself looks amazing, and there is no part of it that I am worried has been installed incorrectly.

The price of the work, as well as being taken advantage of, was something that I was quietly concerned about from the outset, however Chris was prompt in providing me with the invoices and receipts necessary to assuage any concerns I may have had about being over charged for the work, and I believe I have paid a fair price for the work that has been undertaken.

I am confident that Rooftechcare has provided me with a quality service, and any roofing work I require in the future will undoubtedly be performed by them.

Replaced leaking joint between gutter and down pipe. Cleared all gutters of dead moss etc . Repaired broken tile/ cement seal in valley.
Prompt friendly service. Came on time as agreed . Tidied after work completed. Good job.

Replacement of all guttering and downpipes. Chris and his mate were prompt and efficient. Following recent gales there was one small "snag" unconnected with the work done last September. Chris came and fixed that today (8/3/23) within hours of me phoning him.
