Had a stair carpet fitted at the end of last year. Initial visit to the store very positive, helpful well-informed staff on hand with good advice. Great choice of carpet. From choosing to fitting they are patient, helpful and careful with every detail. Everyone I had contact with was professional and easy to talk to. Just on my way back today to look for a rug or carpet that can be cut to size and edged.
