New roof to property with new lead works fitted and welded. I can confidently recommend Shepherd Roofing Limited for their attention to detail in all areas. Martin, Craig and Sandy were knowledgable and kept me informed of what they were doing and when it would occur. It was evident that they are a customer focused team. The quality of the materials used was first class, and I was briefed on possible choices, costs and longevity considerations before I came to a decision on which tile to use. At each stage of construction, I was informed of what was to be done. Given the extremely wet weather which happened in November ‘23, the work progressed quickly and my roof was watertight at all stages. All old roof materials and debris were removed promptly.

Carried out a small repair to my roof , by cleaning out gullies extremely professional , happy with work carried out.

Needed some repairs to the roof due to very bad storm. They got back to me very promptly and came out as soon as possible. Price fitted the job and quality of work was a very high standard. Will use again if need be in the future. Recommended to my family and friends too.

From initial assessment and tender through to completion of works was very impressed with the service provided. This is a very professional company. Martin kept me informed about the work regularly. If for any reason( weather usually) they would not be on site I received a text or call explaining reasons. Any question I had was answered promptly and reasons for suggesting certain remedial works explained clearly. At no point did I feel pressurised or uninformed.
The tradesmen on site were all highly experienced roofers with decades of experience who clearly took pride in their skill. I was frequently invited up on the scaffolding to have the latest step in the work examined and explained.
I was delighted with the result and feel I paid a very fair price.
Following completion I had further contact with Martin to check all is satisfactory.

Very happy with service and work done. Contacted Martin who came the same day, assessed the roof and suggested a couple of options to fix the problem. Repair was done promptly by the team who were friendly and polite and everything was left clean and tidy. I was kept informed with what was going on and Martin came to check everything after the job was complete.
