Patrick was communicative in advance, rechecking booking ok, kept updated on arrival time. Texts, email. Did job efficiently with minimal fuss and no mess left. Emailed day after with link to a payment platform to pay direct by card or bank account, all as you would expect from a professional. Offered to get in touch a year later to check if needed again so I don't need to remember. Thanks Patrick.

I have a log burner and needed the chimney swept. I booked the service on-line for 9/12/24. Super simple to book and the communication was excellent. I received very helpful text reminders and also a text with an estimated time of arrival.

The online booking system was so convenient, making it a simple process to find a time that suited both parties. A couple of reminder emails and texts confirmed an exact appointment time closer to the date. Patrick arrived exactly at the time indicated, and was polite and friendly.
The work was done very quickly and with zero mess. Patrick explained what he had found on inspection, and offered advice on future maintenance etc.

There was no mess made or left except a little dust which was explained to me beforehand. Great service and was provided with a certificate of having had the job done. Would definitely recommend.

A small room suddenly had a large amount of dead flys appearing over a few days a large pest control service quote £500. I called in Roof Fix Services, was given an appointment between 10 and 11am. They arrived at 10.30am and the gentlemen was there for 1 & half hours swept the chimney and removed 2 dead crows. We have a very light beige carpet and there was not a trace of any soot. I can recommend this company they did a very professional job and all for under £100. If only every trades man work to these standard the world would be a better place.

This was the first time I had booked a chimney sweep, as my wood-burning stove is a relatively new addition. Roof Fix responded to my query promptly and were able to come and do the work the following week. On this occasion, Roof Fix Services carried out repairs to overflowing guttering. They carried out an initial inspection and then returned a few days later to carry out the work. Communication has been great, the service has been very reliable, and the repairs meant that the guttering can now cope with heavy rain.

Roof Fix cleaned my chimney for my multi fuel stove. It was very easy to make an appointment on their website, and Patrick was there promptly the following week. Patrick was very thorough and gave advice about a small issue he had noticed and cleaned up after the work.
