Outstanding emergency and further repair work from Ronald G Graham Roofing. I cannot praise this company high enough, when my 130 year old roof started to collapse, they arrived within half an hour in the dark and horrible weather conditions. The team worked tirelessly to make the house safe and carried out emergency repairs so that my house was wind and watertight (all this late on a Friday).
They then rebuilt an entirely new roof for me with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care. Their workmanship was excellent, communication was clear and updated after each day with photos, phone calls and meetings . They went above and beyond in what was a very stressful situation plus their cost was extremely reasonable, having had roofing work done in previous homes from other traders I was extremely impressed.
In an industry that doesn't always deliver I can honestly say that Ronald G Graham roofing have been exceptional in every aspect and I'm incredibly grateful for their skill, professionalism and reliability.

I used Ronald Graham to replace old skews and gutters on my new (but very old) house. As I have bedrooms in the roof loft I could see the work that they did, luckily, as I could see that they had done a terrible job. I had to get them back THREE more times until they eventually fixed the roof and it was water tight.
Some staff are competent, some are utterly careless and really don't care whether they've actually fixed the roof.
I would avoid this company, especially if you can't check the work they've done.

Ronald G Graham Roofing responded very quickly to my enquiry when many others hadn't. The work carried out included replacing Scotch slates on a traditional roof, replacing some guttering and sarking boards, replacing the glass in a skylight and repairing the lead work. All of this was completed to a very high standard within a month of my first contacting them and I was provided with a photographic summary of the work carried out. All of the staff from the surveyor, office staff and roofers were exceptionally helpful, it was a pleasure working with them. I would recommend that these are the people to go to, I certainly will in the future!

I had Ronald G Graham Roofing and Building replace my gutters after the recent stormy weather. They replaced my leaking gutters to the front elevation with all new zinc ones. Stefana in the office was excellent at communicating with me and the two men who attended put me at ease showing me before and after photos.

I had an emergency in the recent poor weather with water coming in from my roof. I called RG Roofing for assistance and was immediately impressed by the excellent customer service I received from the office staff who responded promptly to my call and were so friendly. The roofing team checked over the whole roof and replaced several slates. I was very happy with the result and would definitely use RG Roofing again - highly recommended.

I am very impressed with this service and i use them on a few of my properties. They are fast, efficient and very helpful. They go out of thier way to ensure the job is completed to a high standard with limited disruption and on time. I Would highly recommend!
