I recently requested an on site visit from PC Doctor Edinburgh via the website; I had problems getting my printer set up due to having a new computer system.
Booking for their service was straightforward as I filled in the web call out request form. I got a call from John, the engineer, in a short time.
He asked me a few questions about my printer issues and offered me a few appointment slots.
He then arrived that evening the same day, which was very convenient for me as I work during the day.
I was delighted with his work as he quickly diagnosed the problem and got it working.
The service price was great, and I was quoted the price upfront. It was all hassle-free and clear communication from John from the booking process to the home visit. I highly recommend PC Doctor to anyone who needs help.

I recently had my 2017 MacBook Pro repaired by PC Doctor Ltd , and I was
very impressed with the service I received. The MacBook had a problem
with the logic board, and I was worried that it would be a very
expensive repair. However Alan at PC Doctor were able to fix the problem
for a very reasonable price.
The repair process was very smooth. I dropped off my MacBook at their
workshop, and they gave me a timeframe for when it would be ready. They
also kept me updated on the progress of the repair. When I picked up my
MacBook, it was as good as new.
I was also impressed with the customer service, They were very friendly
and helpful, and they answered all of my questions about the repair
process. I would definitely recommend PC Doctor to anyone who needs
their MacBook repaired.

I recently had a problem with my PC and called PC Doctor to come and look at it. John arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within an hour. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs computer repair services.
