I had to arrange cleaning of one of Dad’s carpets after he fell and cut his head.
I turned to Trusted Trader once again and chose Oxy-clean from their feedback as I need someone whom I felt I could trust in my Dad’s flat.
Kit was very clear in his advice and quote, as well as honest about when he could attend.
Kit arrived on time, got on with his work in a respectful, neat and tidy manner. There was no mess left at all.
All communications were professional and personable, both by email and phone.
I would not hesitate to use Kit again in the future – I thought his price was competitive and his work was excellent but what I really liked was the manner in which Kit conducted himself; I had arranged the work but it was in Dad’s flat and Kit made a point of speaking with Dad and being courteous to him.

Our sofa isn't even 3 years old but we asked Kit to come out and remove a strain, he did the whole sofa and it looks brand new. I had no idea how tired looking it was until it was cleaned. We will definitely use Oxy-Clean again and I can't recommend them enough. A+

On time, as well as very clear, honest, and transparent in his communication, I knew exactly what to expect, and appreciated knowing what could be done and what may be difficult to achieve. Oxy-Clean were booked to clean a sofa and matching footstool. Kit turned up on time and after setting up his equipment proceeded to carry out the work. He was professional, courteous and extremely thorough. The price quoted for the work was more than acceptable. The finished job was of the highest quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending Oxy-Clean.

I highly recommend Kit. He was punctual, polite, friendly and extremely professional. The results of his upholstery cleaning were superb, he even cleaned a very long standing nasty stain from our carpet without being asked. Would definitely use again.
