Michael was great, he was able to fit our job in last minute and he fixed the problem with our gas hob really quickly once the part arrived. We will definitely be using him moving forward!

Called Omega after locating a leak coming from a radiator. Michael came round to investigate within a few hours. He was friendly, courteous, and was able to fix this, and a couple of other issues within half an hour. Reasonably priced and efficient, I would definitely recommend Omega.

We contacted Michael from Omega Gas Services Ltd to service our boilers in our two properties.
Michael proved to be very professional, attentive and a very competent engineer.
He was tidy, very polite and respectful.
He carried out both inspections thoroughly and sent us both certificates within the next 12 hours.

Michael from Omega fitted our new boiler last year so this was our first service. He unfortunately good not make the first appointment which I do not mind if communication is good and Michael gave me options he always sends message when he is visiting. I would have no problem recommending Michael if anyone is thinking of installing new boiler a more personable service than the big players.

I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. He fitted 4 new radiators, serviced a gas fire and rectified problems caused by a previous contractor. Communication was clear and prompt. I contacted Michael regarding installation of a new boiler at my 95 year old mother's house who suffers from dementia. Michael explained expertly and in a way I could easily understand about the process involved and I had no hesitation in instructing him to carry out the work. He arrived on time and completed the work as agreed. He was professional at all times and the cost was wholly acceptable and as agreed at our initial meeting. He was also understanding, respectful and courteous towards my mother given her condition and tidied up upon completion. I had Michael install my new boiler. I first met him when he was contracted to one of the large suppliers as a service engineer. He said then l would soon need a new boiler he never suggested himself and only on enquiring did l find out he had his own business. From the start l was impressed with his fair no nonsense attitude and did not get any other estimates.
I am pleased to say l am not disappointed. Even when taken ill and not able to start he kept me informed. He was very efficient, very tidy and said to let him know if we have any problems he will always be at the end of the phone. I have no hesitation on recommending Michael's company Omega.

Omega Gas Services provided an excellent service. They were able to come out very quickly for a burst tap, and done a great job with great customer service. Will definitely use Omega again in the future and would highly recommend them.

Old boiler removed, new boiler fitted, radiators flushed, new thermostat fitted, detector supplied. All rubbish removed. Whole system checked and double checked.

I am super satisfied with the work done. Michael provided us with advice on what is best for us after listening to what we need. He kept all his promises re time scales for the work being completed. The price quoted is a firm one and I believe reasonable for the work and time involved. His approach to the work is clean, tidy and efficient. He is not satisfied with an "it will do" job, rather he gives the best job, even when it involves a bit more time and effort.

Michael gave me a quote and did not change that figure. He arrived both days on time. He was professional and courteous. Friendly workman. Fitted my new gas boiler and left no mess at all. Took all the old parts away for disposal. Would recommend Michael to anyone.
