I've had plumbing repair work and a new boiler installed with JHP services.
They were very helpful, for the plumbing repair work it was a leak in the bathroom. They investigated the source of the leak, and repaired it quickly and there were no more problems.
For the boiler install it took the day to get done, they brought everything they needed and got to work right away. They also left no mess, even got all the little polystyrene packing bits up as well. After the install they walked me through the functions and what to look out for as well.
The office sends reminder and follow-up emails and messages ahead of time so you know someone is actually coming (almost like a delivery, you can see the van coming on a map).
I'll definitely use their service again when I need it.

Following the discovery of a small leak at our gas fire and the capping of our gas by Scottish Gas, JHP Services were able to attend the following day to carry out the repair. The repair was bigger than originally thought, and the JHP engineer (Alex) had to cut a hatch in our floorboards, which he did really carefully. While the whole job couldn’t be completed on the first visit, he was able to reinstate our hot water that day which was great. Work carried out was great, communication by text of expected arrival times was really helpful, Alex was really helpful and professional, would definitely recommend.

I asked for a quote to replace my old back boiler with a relocated combi boiler. Jamie arranged to assess the job at a time that suited me, and he stuck to it. When he visited he took the time to explain everything carefully and I was confident he would do the job to a high standard. The digital quotation process was easy, and I was able to pick the model and optional extras to suit my budget without any pressure. During the work, Jamie and Arron were on time, polite, friendly, and professional, and they communicated progress throughout. They even worked late to get my heating on before an incoming storm. I'll happily recommend JHP services to anyone looking for plumbing and heating works, and I'll be calling them myself next time I need any work done. JHP were spot on from start to finish!

JHP Services provided us with complete re-plumb and gas central heating system as part of a refurbishment project. JHP provided professional, expert service. The work was completed to a very high standard far above and beyond what was expected.

JHP investigated an emergency gas leak, fixed an old boiler temporarily, gave advice on green heating systems and installed a new combi boiler. They were extremely thorough and communicative throughout, as well as being friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have used JHP (and in their previous formats/names) for the last 10 years and have always found them prompt, reliable and professional.
I let my house out on Short Term Let’s and so when needing a plumber it is usually urgent. They always respond quickly.
Fortunately the last job was an annual boiler service and Gas safety certificate and check of the system to see if it needed a flush.
As always the work was carried professionally and promptly.

Jamie and his team were part of our whole house renovation, installing new piping under the floor, a new boiler and the bathroom last year. We had a small issue with one of the valves on our radiator not working correctly and they had no problem in coming to fix it. Would recommend to anyone
