John reviewed and updated our home Wi-Fi and office equipment and connectivity. It has made a huge difference. He gave excellent and considered advice, was on time for any appointments and did the work with minimum fuss and disruption. I can't imagine better service.

We had terrible internet coverage in the house. They did a good survey, provided an alternative quote, when asked. Work was carried out when agreed and by a very friendly person who kept us up to date with progress. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. They were recommended to us.

Purchase of new laptop, screen for dual use and home scanner/printer, taking all the stress away by fully setting it all up so it all works perfectly from day one! All programmes installed, and all documents transferred from my very out of date Mac, which was all done without hassle at all. Very swift and helpful service. Very highly recommended.

Contacted Hibbub as having wifi issues in our house. Engineer visited, surveyed and recommended installing a Devolo "Magic 2 Wifi system".
System now installed by Hubbub and wi-fi hugely improved in our house.
Delighted with Hubbub advice, install, and the result.

Have used Hubbub twice now for residential wifi set up, for two homes that we couldn’t get decent signal from our provider. Hubbub sorted out both and installed our tvs and set up access to security cameras. Have found them to be very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, with excellent customer service from the team.
Hubbub's most recent job was a bit of a crisis situation, working from home with two children and left with terrible customer service and empty promises from a broadband provider. Hubbub stepped in and quickly enabled us to get full broadband throughout the house. I’m very grateful for their help, especially Roger who is a wifi wizard!

My partner and I have received tech assistance from Hubbub on several occasions, in relation to problems with the following: TV reception, internet connectivity, activity tracker. The members of staff respond quickly and are courteous, friendly, unpatronising and expert. They provide an excellent service and we recommend them highly.

We had our home-entertainment system substantially replaced and upgraded by Hubub. Some other owners in our block recommended them to us and they were excellent. Their installers knew their stuff, the work was done when they said it would be done, it was done efficiently and neatly, the new system was fully explained to us and Rodger was endlessly helpful with some follow up enquiries we had. Nice people to have in your house as well. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

We had problems with the WiFi connection in my mother’s flat which meant she was having trouble watching television and trying to keep in touch with friends and family on FaceTime. John from Hubbub came to look at the problem and then Steve came to do the work.
We were so impressed with their care and attention from start to finish. They both wore face masks and the work was carried out efficiently, quickly and with a minimum of disturbance. Steve took care to tuck the wires in as much as possible to keep them out of sight. And he tidied up after himself leaving no mess. All in all, a great experience which means my mum can now enjoy her programmes and communicate with loved ones whom she can’t see in person. Many thanks to Hubbub for a great outcome

John and the team were great to work with. They quickly understood what we were looking for and put together a package which met all of our needs. The team were all very approachable and helpful and caused as little disruption to the house as possible during installation. When part of the kit didn't work (manufacturer's problem) Hubbub dealt with it quickly and had a replacement by the following day.

Hubbub were great to work with from start to finish. Our initial fears that anyone we spoke to would sound like they were talking a different language were quickly dismissed. The assessment of what we could have - that came after seeing our house and hearing what we would like to achieve - was easy to understand and fulfilled all our goals, including a couple of useful refinements along the way. Once we had accepted the (very reasonable) costs it was a speedy and painless process to implement our chosen media plan, which included house-wide broadband, multiple data points for work and Apple TV, phone lines, a central hub for the Virgin boxes and data center and several other features. It was even more impressive as they worked around and with a team of up to 12 people that were carrying out other jobs on the house at the same time.
Now that we're in our newly decorated and extended house, we're very happy with what we ordered from Hubbub. It all works as described and without fault and we are already planning another call to look for more options, well aware that the solution that was given to us will allow us to scale very easily.

From the planning to the implementation and the tweaking once installed the whole service has been exemplary. All the staff listened and understood our needs and requirements and involved us totally in the establishment of our home media system. Being completely un technical everything was explained in language we understood. We are delighted !
